The property was nice. It was a good set up. Found a bunch of sand inside the couch so the cleanliness wasn’t real good. There were clothes left over in the dryer.

We’ve stayed here before and the location is great. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Was disappointed in the shape of the rental now and the limited amount of toiletries for the amount of people staying.

Inside is spacious, modern, and clean. One shower tub is partially clogged as it fills with water quickly. Back bedroom overlooking deck curtain rod broken. Pool is used by neighborhood who isn’t bashful about letting you know they use it all the time. There’s a hole in the property fence where they walk through. A dozen of them at one time.

I’m sorry about the clogged tub and the broken curtain rod — our maintenance team will be asked to clear the drain and repair/replace the rod right away. We take the fence and pool access concerns seriously and will work with the owner and community association to secure the fence and address unauthorized use. Everything was very nice, well stocked and clean, thank you. Heads up to check shower drainage in the bedroom with the bunk beds, it filled when they showered, so they used one of the other showers. Not a big deal at all for us, just letting someone know to check. Thank you very much!

We loved the spaciousness of the condo. There were 6 adults and we had more than enough room. It was in close proximity to restaurants, shops, entertainment and the beach. No need to drive anywhere, everything was in walking distance. Very quiet setting too. Also a plus was having 3 full bathrooms. We will look into to staying again next time we are in the area. Very nice condo. Pool was wonderfully warm. Wasn’t as clean as would have expected for the price, especially. Couch smelled and was damp for most of our trip, I’m assuming from having been shampooed. Check out at 10 am was a bit early as well. Over all no major complaints. Did have a power outage and owners were very quick to respond with updates about that.

This place is 5 out of 5 stars. Amazing condo with more than enough space and beautifully decorated and a very short walk to the beach and an amazing local homemade ice cream spot, "Haze Ice Cream."I did not rate it 5 out of 5 in every category only because we messaged the host prior to booking to see if there was an on site gym and were advised there was... and upon our arrival there was not, messaging through the vrbo app, "Resort Rentals" was the name on the app, they assured us there was. We checked again and confirmed there was not, "Resort Rentals" ultimately confirmed there was not an on site gym. Again, this place is amazing and in a perfect location! ...but we specifically booked it because we were wrongfully informed of the gym.

Great Long Weekend Stay

We stayed at this property last year in a different unit and were pleased that this experience was just as good as that one! Nice stay!

This seems to be a newer property! It worked well for our party of 5. Reasonable walking distance to restaurants and the beach!

A Wonderful Stay!

Very comfortable, clean, and a great location! We had 4 of our adult children and two grandchildren. Plenty of space for everyone and each bedroom has its own private bath. We will definitely be back!

Nice condo, plenty of room for the family as we were down for my father’s funeral. Some issues with the lower bunk bed, but we only had a 3 year old sleeping on it and we informed the host so I’m sure they have fixed it by now. Also felt like the comforter in the front bedroom was not laundered so family did not use it. Nice area and easy to get where we needed to be. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the area.
