The view and location were amazing! The condo had a good amount of space for our family and the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and beach supplies were a nice addition. Overall we had a great stay. I would recommend that the kitchen supplies be updated and for a few extra bath towels to be available.Great place for a family to stay!

We enjoyed the beach front condo. There were a few minor inconveniences such as no ice in the ice maker and we couldn’t get the living room tv to work the whole stay. Otherwise, no complaints. It was good for what we needed!

2nd stay @202

The location is great, literally right on the beach. The pool is nice to cool off in, small but fun. The condo itself is nice, the bedrooms are exactly how they are pictured. We all slept well. We had 5 guests and plenty of space. The unit has some wear and tear, which is to be expected, just a heads up if you are a perfectionist. I would go back for a 3rd time, if time allowed.

Beautiful spot on the beach

Location, location, location! This place is situated perfectly on Maderia Beach. It’s within walking distance of several great eateries, mini golf, etc. It’s also on the trolley line that runs between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater. The sand is perfect with nice chaise loungers available for rent.

Super easy to check-in and check-out. Property is easy to access and is right on the beach! Pool was warm! Which was great!!

Nice but very dirty

The place was nice, the location, beach access the beds were comfortable. There were roaches The bedspreads were brown with dirt. The laundry room was cluttered with a disgusting dirty mop and bucket. The toilets were dirty around the rims. Not paper towels or toilet paper. I heavy picture fell off the wall because it was not hung properly. Thank god my daughter had left the night before because it fell on the bed. I can go on but I’m not . I suggest you get a new cleaning service

Fantastic view and plenty of room

The property had a fantastic view and plenty of space. We had seven adults with us and there was room for all. The only issue that we had was the fact that there is only one parking space. Since we had seven adults with us we needed to vehicles. We had to purchase parking from the hotel across the street which wasn't too terrible. Overall a very good stay!

Great location, good apartment

The location of this apartment is the highlight. right on the beach, easy access. quite and relaxing. however, it goes downhill from there. The apartment was old, outdated. bathroom toilet continues to run all day long. master bed room door can't open/shut properly. apartment floor was dirty.

Great location beautiful view

Loved the location and the beach was perfect. Check in was easy and communication was great! Place could have been cleaner, floor was filthy and walking into the bathrooms you could see a big black ring around the inside of the toilets, there was mold in the water spigot on the fridge. All that said we would stay here again, all the good things about this place outweighed the bad. When we checked in the curtain rods on bedroom and balcony doors were on the floor, they had fallen off the walls, they had people there fixing them the next morning and we were pleased with how quickly they came to fix the issue and they were very nice.

Parking issues

We didn’t realize there was dedicated parking and the parking pass was hidden in the corner of the kitchen, needless to say our car was towed. Also every time we returned from an adventure Someone was in our parking spot. We wasted a great deal dealing with the parking but the actual condo was great!

Madiera Beach Vacay

We Love Las Brisas

We just finished up our 6th year at Las Brisas and love the area. This room was the perfect location for the family! I did provide some feedback to the property management company based on this condo compared to the other's we have stayed in so hopefully they fix what is needed to make it as good as the others! We will definitely be back to The Las Brisas next year!

Great Location-Great Stay

The good: condo was perfect for us-2 adults and 5 teenage girls. Nicely decorated. Plenty of room. Beds were comfy. Right across the street from several restaurants. The view was spectacular and the beach was very nice. There were some beach chairs and toys in the condo that we used. Beach loungers with canopies were available for rent right outside of the building on the beach. The ok: There was sand everywhere. Although the floors appeared clean, there was sand all over from the moment we arrived. I get that it is inevitable given the location. It would have been nice to have some throw rugs throughout, especially in the bedrooms, to wipe the sand off of our feet. We were using bath towels as rugs by the beds. The pool was underwhelming and there is no hot tub. The building itself is old and the elevator is really slow. And a cookie sheet would be a nice addition to the kitchen ;)

Nice location

Nice location. Check in wad a breeze. The condo wasn't the cleanest. The floor needed a good mopping and dishes were put away dirty. Over all it was nice suited us very good. Thank you.

Great 4 days at the beach.

The balcony on the beach was perfect. Quiet beautiful mornings and priceless sunsets. The beach was clean and well maintained. Great to have the beach cabanas to rent. Location is close to anything you need. Can’t wait to come back!
