This large Yellowfin Villa has a lagoon frontage and scenic countryside views at the rear. It is a modern villa with spacious living and entertainment area on the upper level, including balcony area with outdoor furniture for you to socialise and enjoy the barbecue facilities.

The Villa provides a high standard of living, has reverse cycle air conditioning, spacious living area and well equipped kitchen facilities. Make use of the coffee machine and have your cuppa on the upper or lower decks whilst taking in the water features and birdlife on the lagoon.

The Yellowfin features 3 bedrooms, all with wardrobes and ceiling fans and can accommodate up to 8 guests. From the master bedroom on the upper level take in views of the rolling hills and horses grazing in the adjacent fields. The master comes with an ensuite with bath and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms are located on the lower level and have access to a generous size bathroom with toilet, vanity and shower.

The Villa is located in resort style accommodation in a secured gated community setting – great for the kids to explore the walking paths, native environment and play areas. In addition to the lagoon, the complex offers landscaped gardens maintained by an onsite caretaker, 2 communal swimming pools, reserve area, kid’s playground, a basketball ring and bike track. The resort is set alongside a secluded bay with a beautiful white sandy beach which is accessed via a board walk from the resort. Within walking distance of the well known Normanville jetty and Beach Café where you can enjoy a treat.
