Several grocery stores (supermarkets), banks, and pharmacies are a very short walk away.

Our suite is thoroughly sanitized after each guest departs by our hardworking team of cleaning professionals who are using a variety of industry leading professional grade sanitation products to thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces. All our bedding and towels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by an industrial laundry facility.

Guest SAFETY and HEALTH is OUR TOP PRIORITY. Our gorgeous condo is THOROUGHLY SANITIZED for several hours prior to each guest's arrival using PROFESSIONAL GRADE anti viral / anti bacterial cleaning supplies and disinfectants by our highly trained team (wearing CE certified FDA approved PPE including masks, gloves, shoe coverings) to insure that you have a SAFE place to stay.

All our bedding and towels are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by an industrial laundry facility.

House rules:
We have spent hours very thoroughly sanitizing the condo and preparing it for you to enjoy with attention to details. Please leave the condo in the same condition you received it in and PLEASE inform us if you broke anything.

- Please throw away all garbage and all recycling before you move out.

- Please do not wear your shoes inside our condo.

- Please do not smoke anywhere in the condo or in the building. The building is a non-smoking building. In case the condo was smoked in and / or smells of smoke, deep cleaning fee of $500 will apply.

- Our building is a safe and secure downtown Toronto condo building. For the safety of all residents we require valid government issued photo ID (valid Canadian driver's license and / or valid passport photo page) from each adult prior to move in.

- Strictly no pets unless we pre-approve your pet in writing prior to your arrival. Pet fee will apply. Pet damage deposit will apply.

- This is a quiet residential building. Absolutely no parties / gatherings / events are allowed. No excessive noise after 11 p.m. and before 7 a.m. This policy is strictly enforced. $1,000 will be deducted from your damage deposit if noise complaint is received.

- $2,000 CAD fully refundable deposit for incidentals / damages and proof of renter's insurance (that you can easily buy online at $15-$35 CAD per month) with $1,000 deductible and $1 million dollar liability is required prior to move in. Deposit will be refunded in full within 72 hours of your departure.
