There is gas heating in the main areas of the home, reverse cycle system in the back bedroom, one portable aircon unit, underfloor heating in both bathrooms and all beds in every room have electric blankets and woollen doonas.

All three bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.



The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or enjoy a local wine or two on the sunny patio accompanied by a BBQ or cheese platter.

Here you are conveniently located just a block away from the lovely Nile Street Cafe. Ashcrofts IGA is only a 3 minute drive away and next door is the amazing Village Bakehouse boasting some of the most amazing baked goods!



The CBD of Orange is less than a 5 minutes drive or 20 minute walk where you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to shopping, coffee and restaurants.



At your doorstep are our famous vineyards, cellar doors and golf courses are within a 10 minute drive.
