Summary:
This glorious home offers a relaxing oasis on the edge of Orange. Located just a short 5 minutes drive to the CBD, this spacious and serene space is all yours!

Complete with a swimming pool, tennis court, two large living areas, five cosy bedrooms and multiple outdoor spaces to relax and unwind in.

We are certain this home will make the perfect base for large groups when visiting the region. The rural views from every window will have you never wanting to leave! A true city escape.

Heating & Cooling:
Our home has a split system and a woodfire to keep you cosy all year round. There are also free standing heaters if needed. Wood provided in the cooler months only (1st April to 1st October)

There is ample car parking on the property behind the home.

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

Amenities:
The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Located on the edge of town, you will feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle, nestled amongst the trees, whilst being only a 5 minutes drive to the Orange CBD.

Dudley Private Hospital, ANZAC Park and the lovely Nile Street Cafe are a short 3 minutes drive away.

Once you reach the CBD, you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, bars, parks, boutique shopping and more.

Some of our best cellar doors and wineries are just a short 10 minute drive away.

Family getaway

Family stay in Orange

Property was spacious, light & airy. Very comfortable for the 9 adults. Pool was large & inviting. However place looked worn, carpets even though maybe clean were stains & looked dirty. Didn’t give a great impression when walking in. Our bedhead also had a big stain. The thing that we felt disgusted about was the running water. It came out brown & even though we were assured it was ok for drinking, we didn’t trust it. So we had to go buy gallons of water to cook with etc

Girls weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. The house itself is very spacious and the gardens were beautiful. It's located in a great spot, just on the outskirts of town. We stayed mid-oct and enjoyed the outdoor area and 2 of us even braved the cool water in the pool. We have already booked again! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful property

We stayed in Orange for our annual girls weekend away. There was 8 of us. The property was perfect. Besutiful views. Plenty of room and warm. We did think there could have been more pots and pans for cooking but this was a minor issue.

Family weekend

We had a fantastic weekend at the orange house. Was great place for our large family gathering. Really happy amazing place. A few areas weren’t cleaned when we arrived but very easy to communicate with host and was an enjoyable getaway for our family.

Fantastic home and location

We stayed at this beautiful home recently and everyone loved it. The home is spacious and clean and the outdoor entertainment (pool and tennis court) was spot on and so much fun. Peter was quickly responsive regarding any question we had and the overall service was great. Highly recommend.

Lovely House and lots of space for family of 8. Pool was lovely and great to have a tennis court.

Would definitely stay again. Large and comfortable for big family group or group of friends. 5 large bedrooms and lots of living space. Good tennis court and lovely pool.

Long weekend catch-up with friends

Lovely property in beautiful garden setting on the edge of town away from noise. Only the birds to enjoy. Enjoyed the pool & tennis & especially sitting around the long table in beautiful family area. Plenty of bedrooms & separate spaces to spread out. Enjoyed Orange as well. Lots of things to see & do.

Orange - big comfy house for a large group

The house is great for a large group - plenty of room to lounge in - 2 lounges, one with a real fire. The kitchen area is warm with underfloor heating and has a massive table to fit 10 comfortably. Tennis court was fun, pool lovely but wrong time of year for us. Location is very good - just a short drive to Orange, and rural enough to feel out of town. The views are lovely from the main room. The house needs a bit of love - new cooking equipment, cleaner windows, things in the right place etc, but nothing that can't be fixed. Overall the house did a great job for our 3 days away, but could have been even better with a bit more attention to detail.

Great home away from home in Orange

Took my family away with close friends and their kids (4 adults and 5 kids - ranging from 1.5 to 12 years old). We went in winter for 3 nights and were very comfortable during that time. Communication with the people managing the home was easy and the gated yard made it easy for kids to play outside (with big windows making viewing from inside easy!). We were not able to use the tennis courts because it was raining the whole time and though the kids were keen to go in the pool, the temperature meant it wasn’t happening (as expected in winter). Fire place and heated floors kept the home Cosy and there were plenty of homewares (plates, cutle try, glasses, etc -and plastic options for the kids too! We used the bbq and oven, happily, and toys and a portacot that had been provided too. Shared driveway, but we felt the place was quite private anyway. A short drive into town made it easy to pick up groceries and coffee- and wineries and Conobalas Mountain were easily accessible by car too. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Orange.

Anniversary king weekend

This is a lively property with great facilities. I loved that although we stayed with 6 people there was ample cutlery and crockery so we didn’t have to wash up after every cup of tea or meal. The combustion fire was really great and we congregated around it for ambience (plus I love watching the flames). We played tennis and had a bbq. We had great info from our hosts which made me feel secure. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and it was lovely to have enough accommodation to enjoy some time with our adult kids and one partner. We were a short drive to the shops and attractions. I highly recommend the property.
