Beautiful home and perfect spot right across the road from the beach! There was plenty of bedrooms and space for all of our guests. We had an amazing stay!

A dream stay! Highly recommend.

They were great to work with and so easy, the house was amazing. Large and beautiful with a ridic view! So close to plenty of great places to eat and drink too.

Perfect family holiday

Just over an hour from home, easy to get to and had everything we needed! Huge house perfect for a big family and all the beds were super comfortable. So many activities awesome pool, PlayStation, ping pong table and two living areas so plenty of space for everyone to do what they’d like. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

Large house great for large group

The house is well maintained and the additional kitchen area was a bonus, kids swam in the pool even though it was April. So many areas to sit and talk that we kept losing each other as the house is very large!The beds were very comfortable.

We had a great time at this house. Would definitely recommend it

The location, property and inclusions were fantastic. Had everything and more that we needed for our large group. pool was excellent. There is a lot of steps so would not recommend for the elderly.

Amazing weekend away

My girlfriends and I enjoyed a quiet child free weekend at this beautiful home. The house has amazing views, plenty of room and is located in a lovely quiet street right near the beach. Everything was very clean and tidy and the beds were like clouds! We lived our best lives and will be back! Thank you for the break we all needed!

Outstanding experience

where do i start this experience from the start with communication and professionalism was outstanding. on our arrival the house was what we expected and more. very spacious right on the beach. the house has 3 levels all entertaining from the amazing pool and bbq area to the games and playstation 5, table tennis and much more. there was 10 of us, the house is so well designed that everyone was comfortable. we will definitely be booking again!

The house was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.the kitchen was fitted out with everything we needed which was impressive especially as we were stuck indoors for 2 days because of the rain.The house was very clean and suppled with all the bathroom and kitchen requirements and the pool was better than expected.The sliding doors to a couple of the balconies needs to have the rollers fixed very difficult to open and the AC struggled a little in the hot weather.Apart from that the location and views were also better than expected :)

We apologise for the issue with the sliding doors, thank you for letting us know—these are being addressed now. Regarding the A/C, the systems are only two years old and regularly serviced. We had a weekend away with 10 women. The house was incredible and the homewares provided were fantastic quantity and quality. The location was awesome. The only negative is that we wanted a hot outdoor spa and one was in the pictures but not listed. It didn’t work. This however was a minor inconvenience in the end and it did not take away from the amazing time we had at this property. Definitely recommend and we will be returning

Hi Melissa, Thanks for your review. Glad you enjoyed the location and quality of the house! Please note that we actually mention in our listing that there is no heated outdoor spa. This is just a smaller pool, and has never been a heated spa since the build of the property due to the way it is designed (it is not possible to heat). We do understand it looks a bit like a spa though, which is why we do specifically have it written in our details that this is not the case. Hope you were able to still enjoy the house otherwise. Long Weekend getaway

The property was in a brilliant location and size. It accommodated our group well. It was well designed to allow the each of us to have our privacy but still come together in the larger areas with plenty of equipment to support this. The kitchen was well stocked to the point it was like leaving your own home without the fresh food. Everything else you would have in your kitchen was there. Non perishable items were also supplied (coffee, some spices, oil etc). That said we bought our own and used that, so it could be left for the next guests to enjoy. The location was great with only a very short walk to the beach. Small shops were only 10 minutes walk away (2 min drive) and the larger shopping centres only 10- 15 minutes drive in either direction (Erina Shops / Bateau Bay shopping centre) Highly recommend the house and location
