Whether for a month or two, you will love staying at this newly renovated (November 2010) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo right on the beach. It is fully furnished and has an amazing balcony facing directly west for your sunset viewing (access from bedroom and living room).

It is on the eighth floor of a gated complex, Landmark Towers I, with one covered parking spot. More parking available in the outdoor parking area There is a resort style pool, tennis, shuffleboard, swing set for kids and most importantly miles of wide sandy beaches just in your frontyard.

Another great feature of this complex is that though it is on a quiet, secluded beach, it is less than a mile (over a bridge with pedestrian/bike path) to Clearwater Beach and all its excitement. Across the street is the only commerce in the area at the Shoppes of Sand Key with a couple choice restaurants, stores, grocer, ice cream parlor and dry-cleaner. You never even have to get in a car, besides there is a trolley service up and down Gulf Boulevard from Clearwater to St Pete!

The master bedroom has a king bed with a brand new mattress and in suite bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has 2 twins. The hallway bathroom has a shower. Both have walk in closet.

With Xmas just 2 weeks after arriving home Ihad so much to do. My son was home from out west after 7 yrs. It was so good to see him &fortunately he was able to visit me in Sand Key. He really enjoyed it. The month of Nov.was beautiful. We were able to use all the commodities--hot tub,pool,beautiful beach. The Trolleys were very convenient &we were able to rent a car for the last week..It turned quite cold the last 2 weeks--about 40 but we still managed to do a lot of sight-seeing Xmas shopping, went to John,s Pass a couple of times. The weather was cold everywhere so I,m sure this was not the norm. In any case I really hope I will be able to return in the future. The condo was a welcome treat, spacious &beautifully decorated..I will be highly recomending it to family & friends..Fondly Christine

Winter in Paradise

We stayed in this condominium from January 1 to March 31, 2018. We found it to be a homey, comfortable place. Great location. Close to the action of Clearwater beach but just far enough away if you want the quiet. Great restaurants right across the street. Has a nice pool and hot tub; and of course, the gulf is right outside your back door. Beautiful sunsets right from the balcony. You could not ask for a better owner to work with than Nathalie. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to our friends and family.

Amazing condo

Beautifully appointed condo right on the beach. Excellent location with many shops and restaurants across the street. Covered parking. Everything you could possibly want is in the condo! Just bring your bathing suit for the gorgeous pool and hot tub! Nathalie the property manager is wonderful and always available if you need anything.

Florida Paradies

Super great location ! A step away from the beach and close enough to many attractions , but without the traffic congestion from Clearwater Beach ! We enjoyed the sunrise with a great view over the inter coastal waterways from the kitchen window and the sunset with a fantastic view over the Golf of Mexico from the balcony. Collected so many shells while walking the beach that I was wondering if we get in trouble with our luggage allowance,

The apartment is comfortable and tasteful furnished, has everything one will need for a relaxing vacation.Nathalie Dani is very responsive and supporting - Thank you for a great week !

Paradise on Sand Key

We stayed here this month and absolutely loved it, enough to want to return! Every review is bang on- the views are spectacular, the condo is well equipped, and the master bedroom is especially awesome with the balcony, en suite, comfy king sized bed, and tons of space. The laundry across the hall was never too busy and it was reasonable. We did have a rental car which we preferred as we like to get out every day to do something. Treasure Island and John's Pass was a scenic 30 min drive down the coast. Sand Key and the location of this condo is one of the nicest in the area. If you want class, less crowds, and unspoiled scenery, this is the place! Nathalie is a delight to deal with.

Wonderful Location for Vacation

We took our boys down to this apartment on the beach and had one of the best vacations EVER! This condo is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants, sights and activities, yet provides a semi-private, quiet and amazingly beautiful beachfront access with a balcony view of the most gorgeous sunsets. The condo offers all of the comforts and necessities of home and the owner is an absolute delight with whom to work! We look forward to spending many future Florida vacations at this wonderful Sand Key getaway!!

Sand Key gem

We spent three months in this beautiful location. The condo is open, airy and comfortable. The owner keeps it up to date and is very accommodating. Going back next year for the winter, and hopefully for many more.
