Ideally located just a leisurely 5-minute flat walk from Crescent Head's renowned surf break, you'll also find the beach, shopping center, and scenic Killick Creek all within easy reach—making it the perfect base for your holiday adventures.

Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by spacious living and dining areas, ideal for family gatherings or cozy evenings unwinding after a day of exploration.
The open layout fosters a warm and inviting atmosphere, allowing everyone to relax comfortably. The fully fenced backyard is a wonderful feature, providing a safe space for your furry friend to roam and enjoy the outdoors, giving you peace of mind as you unwind.

For your convenience during your stay, please remember to bring your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bath mat, and hand towels. Here’s the bedding configuration to assist you in planning your accommodations:

Happy days

My family had a great stay here for 6 nights. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There is wifi and a smart tv which was handy on rainy afternoons. The beds were comfy. The location was amazing as we had other family staying in the caravan park, so it was super quick to go between the two places.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Billy's for a weekend away with a few close friends and our pets. We all considered it a very affordable holiday rental kept in good condition with excellent living space and very comfortable bedrooms. The dogs were very secure in the backyard and had an excellent stay as well. The only notes to be aware of when booking is there is little to no pantry space, the bathtub paint is peeling, and there is no built-in wifi, but for a weekend getaway it was perfect and met all our needs, as well as being very close to both the beach and the main street, including the amazing bakery up the road. We will definitely be staying again!

Reviewer Comments: NO WIFI, NO PHONE RECEPTION, NO SMART TV so you can't log onto your NETFLIX etc. No WIFI in this day and age is a joke! If you're the sort of person who has to do a little bit of email monitoring or quick business responses whilst on holiday having no WIFI makes this place impossible to stay at. There is very little phone reception 1 bar on 3G sometimes 2 bars so HOTSPOTTING is out of the question. I managed to send emails using HOTSPOTTING but would take 10-15 minutes to load a dozen emails and 5 minutes to send a simple email response. You cannot use goggle or any other app as there is almost zero phone reception and nothing loads. No smart TV also means you can't log onto your paid subscription service for Netflix of similar, but it doesn't matter as there is no WIFI. Apart from that if you or your kids can survive without WIFI and/or any phone reception, FB, INSTA, TICK TOK it's not a bad stay.

There is no clothes drier making it hard to dry clothes, No pantry cupboard for food storage, no kennel or shelter for pets outside, the bath is peeling so you could not have a bath, NO internet so phones became nearly useless and the lounge and bedroom cupboards need updating. the water heater is slow heating up so you can not have a shower straight after each other as it is cold.

Excellent place to stay. Well located to all amenities shops, beach, walks etc.

Everything was great except the BBQ was locked away in a shed and was all rusty and we couldn't use it, and the red Garbage bin had maggots in it from the previous people obviously not disposing of their garbage properly.

Lovely place for a family

This is a great place to stay with the family. Spacious and airy, clean and enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. There's room for bikes, boards and anything else you want to bring. We will be back to enjoy the delights of Crescent Head, walking to the beach, drifting along the creek and enjoying the delights of the local bakery. Billy's is within walking distance to everything. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Clean, spacious and well maintained.

We popped up to Crescent Head for a weekend and chose this property based on it's proximity to shops and the beach while still being removed enough from town to be quiet and relaxing. The property is very clean and has all the modern appliances that you could want.
