The main floor bedroom has a new King sized bed. New ceiling fans in all main rooms with AC in the bedrooms only. The main room has a new sleeper sofa and chair, and a new dining table and chairs. There is new vinyl flooring throughout and new carpet on the lanai with a table and chairs. Large smart TVs in each bedroom and in the main room. The unit is only 300m (1000 feet) from Kamaole III beach, especially great for beach going and watching the sunset. Kam III has a lifeguard, kids park, shower, bathrooms and large green space.
Keawakapu, Ulua, Mokapu, and Wailea beaches are nearby, with great beaches and restaurants.
