Serene, modern suite with spectacular lake views

Behold a tranquil setting with the best lake views on this side of the Okanagan. Our licensed and fully equipped suite has 2 bedrooms and a den, each of which has its own comfortable queen bed. The interior design revolves around simplicity and modernity. Laminate floors are featured throughout the unit and provide a contemporary yet cozy feel. The living and dining rooms feature high ceilings, plenty of space, and best of all, open right out onto a large, covered patio with astoundingly scenic views of Lake Okanagan and the surrounding hills. Plenty of windows ensure that you can also have your breath taken away by the view without even needing to be on the patio.
The modernity of the kitchen is exemplified by its quartz countertops, sleek cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. An induction cooktop has also been chosen to maximize your convenience. The bathroom is centrally located and has a walk- in shower. A full size, front-load washer and dryer can be found in the in-suite laundry area. There is also a brand-new natural gas BBQ and outdoor dining set for you to use. Lastly, a 50Amp EV charging connection is available (bring your own charger though).
Within a 5 minute driving distance you can find several beaches on the lakeside, restaurants, shopping, along with hiking and biking trails. Slightly further away there are numerous award wining wineries.

Our suite is a perfect family getaway for playing at the beach, water sports, hiking, biking, golfing and wine tasting.

We very much enjoyed our stay at your suite! All was perfect. Perhaps a little oil in the farthest bedroom, door hinge, so we don’t wake our family at night. Suggest to put a small mirror in the laundry room so it can be used as an extra spot to washup or wash hands when toilet is occupied.

The property is excellent. The location is accessible and a short drive to kelowna, summerland and penticton which perfect to our family activities. The property is super clean and the kitchen has complete stuff to used. Over all in the house is perfect.The owner is all hospitable and they even had a welcome gift to us. I highly recommend this property and for sure we will come back again.

Quiet Serenity

This property is very quiet and peaceful.It’s beautifully landscaped with gorgeous flowers throughout the property. There’s a swing covered in grape vines to sit on while enjoying your morning coffee with a stunning view of the Okanagan. A perfect place to watch the sunrise or sunset. This walkout suite was newly upgraded. It is bright and clean with thoughtful amenities throughout. We were there in July with some high temperatures and the suite kept cool without the need of the fans. The kitchen is well stocked with all the supplies one needs to cook and prepare food in.The bathroom is well stocked and the shower had great pressure.The bedrooms have comfortable beds and bedding. All bedrooms have night stands and well placed outlets for your electronics. The owners were friendly, accommodating, and responsive.This place is a hidden gem. Our party of 4, 2 couples, would return.

Refreshing holiday

This unit was beautiful, newly renovated, clean and uncluttered. It felt relaxing just walking through the front door knowing this was going to be perfect for us. I was pleasantly surprised that the unit was always cool, since it doesn’t have air conditioning and it was quite hot while we were there. Beds were very comfy and the blankets were great. The owners were very helpful and very willing to share from their apricot tree. Great family retreat!

Lovely home with a magnificent view

This is a lovely, fully developed basement suite with a magnificent view! The place is clean, spacious and it included many excellent amenities. There is a full kitchen which was well stocked, it even came with spices, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and parchment paper. There is a washer/dryer, a gas BBQ and seating outside on the patio to enjoy the view. The place was well stocked with towels (including beach towels), paper towel, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. The location is a few minutes from the highway so it is easy to access the main street in Peachland or drive to Kelowna or Penticton. The only downside is parking is tricky if you have a big vehicle; you can park on the driveway but it is small and down a hill (as many driveways seem to be in the area), but there are a couple of spots on the side of the road. There is no air conditioning, which wasn’t required at the time of year that we went but would be a must in the middle of summer! Also the oven didn’t seem to heat up properly perhaps having the manual available would be handy. Other than that we did enjoy our stay and would recommend it to others!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here with my family for a few nights, and it was the perfect little getaway. The place looks newly renovated, very clean and very homey. It walks out to a gorgeous view of the lake, the moonlight reflection on the lake was unforgettable. Radek and Bozena greeted us the first day and offered to help us with anything we needed. They were available to answer any questions right away. We had a great weekend, and we highly recommend this place for your vacation!
