Refrigerator had items from previous guests (we did not use the kitchen but saw this when cleaning prior to check out). Communication with Heather who was assisting the property manager was great but when she referred me to contact the host regarding changes to our stay we could not manage through the website (no pet so request refund) and other issues, the host never responded.

This was the perfect place to stay in Reno. The location was great for our needs. As to the house, it was perfect: immaculate, comfortable, well supplied and so adorably decorated. The check-in was easy. I had a few questions and the manager was quick in her response. The spotless kitchen had everything I needed. The beds provided gave us a very comfortable sleep. I definitely would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in Reno.

Perfect Location

We loved the decorative touches. The binder with information about local places to visit and that are with walking distance was great! They shared a full coffee bar in the tidy kitchen with beautiful counter tops. Beds were very comfortable and each had a choice of a firm or soft pillow. The hot tub on the back deck was a super relaxing after our tour at nearby UNR. (10 minute drive!!)Close to UNR and Sparks.

Fantastic house

We needed a place to stay while our floors were being installed in our home . This house worked great. Looks like a gate will soon be installed to enclose yard for pets . The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all the basics and more .

Everything you'll ever need

We loved the quiet neighborhood. Nice big yard for our dogs to roam. One drawback is its not fully enclosed but not a huge issue for us. My kids enjoyed the record player and instruments. We were impressed by how functional the house was making our stay comfortable and convenient. Thank you!! We definitely would stay here again.

Amazing!

I absolutely loved my stay here. I rented this VRBO for my bridal party and I to stay in before my wedding. We had a great time and the house was absolutely lovely. The hosts have provided tons of little amenities and the decor was pleasant and cozy.

Reno Hot August Nights

Loved our stay! The house was just a few short blocks from all the events we wanted to go to. Also close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. House was very comfortable and in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The back yard was so nice to sit and relax in after several busy days of car shows. Only thing that would have helped is to have use of the garage to park the hot rod in at night. We hope to be able to book the house again in the future!

A different perspective of Reno

We stayed in the winter, and now the summer. We love this cottage! It is very comfortable in every way. The location is perfect, tucked into an adorable neighborhood and walking distance to a local coffee shop. The streets are tree lined and lots of people were walking their dogs or just going on a stroll. One thing that is different about this place is that it is easy to cook meals. Not just the basics; lots of pots, pans, serving plates, bowls, silverware, and utensils galore! The backyard is relaxing and comfortable as well. I look forward to returning.

Just right

My top 3 things I look for are location, cleanliness, and comfortable beds and this cottage did not disappoint! Thoughtful details throughout. I am booking my next trip for this summer so I can enjoy the nice yard with patio, fire pit, and pretty string lights.

House smells like mold and infested with ants!

This house stinks like mold, the master shower leaks that is probably the source of the smell. The caretaker attempts to cover up smell with fabreze plug in, but that just makes the smell worse. This house is also infested with ants, which makes sense because these ants are attracted to water. The ants were crawling all over the house, in bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, even my son found one in his bed. We communicated with the house caretaker apon check in with these matters, which we did. Not get a response until the next morning. The only response was to drop off ant traps!!!!! We checked out that morning and asked for our reservation refund, however the caretakers only reply was for me to have a nice day!! I am now working with VRBO to make owners be accountable.

Awesome place

The property was excellent. Close to a lot of stores and eateries. On site washer and dryer with detergent and softener. Would definitely stay there again.
