Gorgeous,3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the ground. All furniture is new, kitchen is new, all linens are new. New hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances all in a comfortable layout. Lanai is very private with a pretty natural view with lots of wildlife to watch! Location is convenient near dozens of restaurants and shopping. 3 full bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and 2 marble bathrooms. Master ensuite has his and her vanities and soaker tub and shower. Large double garage equipped with gas grill.
Other details: There is a full size washer and dryer. There is a hair blow dryer in each bathroom. Stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. There is a coffee pot, toaster, blender, hand mixer, high quality knives, dishes, italian cookware, kitchen linens, great quality beach towels, bath towels. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach tote/coolers and beach mat in garage. There are 2 travel coolers in the laundry room. All cleaning sprays and detergents are provided for counters, mirrors, toilets, dishwasher, washer etc. There are 2 bicycles.

Full access to a pool/hot tub only steps from front door and beautifully manicured grounds for long walks.

Located conveniently near dozens of restaurants and bars, fantastic shopping and 10 minutes to the beach. Flea market nearby, groceries and liquor store 5 minutes away. Walgreens and CVS are 2 minutes away.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Excellent experience with owner, condo and area.

We loved this beautiful condo. The owner is excellent to work with, answering all our questions and providing many amenities that were not expected but certainly appreciated. Palma will tell you this is her home and not an investment - this is true and it shows in every way! The entire community is very welcoming and friendly. The pictures and descriptions are 100% accurate. We enjoyed the pool and exploring all the area has to offer (beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc.). We took many walks within Vasari when we were ready to stay close to the condo. Other days we explored Sanibel, Naples, Marco Island, Vanderbilt, Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Lover's Key, and Delnor Wiggins Pass. All of these are excellent beaches. We watched the sunset from the Naples Pier and Docs Restaurant on the beach.

What makes this property unique

If surroundings and comfort matter to you, then this is your spot. All the linens are brand new, all new mattresses, pillows etc. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for any meal. There are new grey hardwood floors, stunning new furniture and driftwood art.
I love to have meals in the lanai and watch the wildlife in the preserve. The most beautiful birds come to visit. It's very peaceful to sit in the recliners in the lanai and maybe even have a nap.
