Great 1st floor Corner Condo w/ Private Lanai Close to Pool, Hot Tub and Grills.

Come and Enjoy the beautiful, gated community of Bonita Bay! We offer a first floor corner unit with the wrap around lanai. The landscaping surrounding the private lanai is gorgeous! Our building is the closest to the lovely pool, hot tub, tennis court and gas grill. It's very convenient and no steps!

By the winter of 2026 our Gorgeous Private Beach Club will open! We can't wait! We've included photos in our description! We have an alternate beach to use in the meantime.

The kitchen is updated and completely ready with everything you need including granite counters and stainless appliances! The living room and both bedrooms feature smart TVs, Wifi and high speed internet. The primary suite has a king-size bed and there is a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has a private bath and access to the lanai. Linens and beach towels and some beach toys are provided.

Walking distance from Promenade with shops, restaurants and Saturday Farmers Market!

We also have 12 miles of paved pathways for walking, biking and jogging. There are three separate parks within the community with tennis, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, picnic areas, butterfly garden, free canoeing kayak rentals, fishing piers, and much more.

Bonita Bay is 25 minutes from RSW airport .Experience south-Florida cuisine at one of the many nearby fine dining establishments. Enjoy shopping at the Miromar Outlet Mall or Coconut Point Mall.

This condo was terrific. Great space, all updated and very nice, terrific location. Have not stayed at a nicer condo at Wild Pines, just great. Our host was proactive and very responsive, she was terrific. Terrific stay.

I've stayed in Bonita Bay once prior at another condo unit. 55 yo female and daughter 30, we both had an amazing time, we were able to relax, exercise, eat healthy. Will return again.

Great place to stay in a nice central location

We were down for a family funeral. We stayed here for about a week. Enjoyed having a place to unwind at night and feel more like home. Was a nice 2 bedroom condo that was perfect for two couples.

Bonita Beach visit

My sister and I came to visit our dad who lives right across the street at Highland Woods! The condo was so comfy and clean! We loved all the beach equipment and the coffee bar! Our host helped us with anything we asked! We will definitely stay here again next time we come visit our dad!

Amazing long weekend getaway

We came down for a long weekend and had the best stay. The place was exactly as pictured, super clean, and the amenities were an added bonus! Not sure we realized how nice it would be. The pool and beach were amazing. Restaurants and shops were within walking distance. We will be back. We loved our stay!

Wild Pines condo

We had a wonderful stay at Wild Pines! The condo was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed. Excellent location right next to the pool and tennis courts. We took advantage of the many miles of bike paths and the complimentary beach shuttle almost every day. Also walked to the Lake House restaurant twice for dinner. Susan provided detailed instructions before our trip and checked in with us while we were there to see if we needed anything. We’d definitely love to come back again.

On our re-rent list

Convenient to stores, restaurants and pool. Unfortunately, hot tub was not working. Lovers key was an adequate beach accommodation, although took longer to get to then the previous site damaged by the hurricanes. Looking forward to the new site next year.

Beautiful condo, beautiful resort

Such a beautiful and clean home, it had everything we needed and Susan is such an easy person to work with. The pool is beautiful and very close to the property. The Bonita Bay resort is incredibly beautiful and so well-maintained. There are incredible lakes with beautiful water birds and the walking trails are breathtaking. The trees and landscaping are unbelievable. We especially enjoyed the private beach and the shuttle was so easy and convenient. We will definitely stay in this property again.

Wild Pines Winner

This was our 5th time staying in this lovely unit. We especially love the layout and comfort of the beds and sofas. Being near the outdoor grilles allowed us to cook out with ease. The cleanliness of the unit and the well-stocked kitchen also add to our yearly stay in this unit. All Good!

Communication is key

Our stay was great and Susan our host was very responsive when I emailed her. She always responded within minutes. She took very good care of our needs. The location is great and the private beach area and parking was awesome. We will defiantly be back.

Great place to stay in southwest Florida

This condo is in a very good location just off the Timiami Trail road. Many of the beaches are still closed in this area due to the hurricane. The closest open beach we could find was Naples beach about 30 minutes farther south. There is a pool and tennis/pickle ball courts conveniently located just across the parking lot from the condo. The condo accommodations are very nice — just as pictured. The rooms were clean. That said, it could use a spring cleaning which, judging by all the vacation rentals I’ve stayed in over the years, very few people do anymore.

Bonita Bay

Very nice condo, fully equipped and near the grills and pool for cooking and swimming. We would certainly like to return. We celebrated my daughters birthday and engagement. It was hot but condo was cool. Next time we visit it will be a different season. Thank you! Ps the drain in the tub is running slow. May need some attention.

This condo was clean, comfortable, and decorated very nice! It is in a great location and is equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool is close by and beach towels are there for you to use. If you want to walk/run plenty of paths to do that. Check in is very easy. Susan was great! She updates you with information and responds immediately when you have a question. Very easy to work with! Condo had everything we wanted. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this condo!

Great Place to Stay at Bonita Bay Wild Pines

Loved the beach chairs and beach towels our host provided. We utilized the shuttle to the private beach, and much appreciated the chairs, umbrellas, towels and restrooms available. Susan also provided an information book that gave us the information for bike rentals. The bike rentals were delivered to our door. We kept them for 2 weeks, enjoyed biking the Bonita Bay community with the great bike paths. At the end of our trip the company picked the bikes up for us. The condo was very clean, plenty of towels. Oh, also liked having the coolers available to take to the beach as well. Thank you for a great time!

So peaceful

The host, Susan, was extremely helpful and communication with her was quick and easy. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The neighbourhood is very nice. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the beach park because it was closed following hurricane Ian but we took advantage of all the other areas, the trails and swimming pool in particular

We have recently retired and love to travel! We found Bonita Bay through friends and absolutely love it! It's a beautifully landscaped resort style community with so much to offer. The location is great with easy access to our own beach as well as many wonderful restaurants and shopping.
