Fun Week in Holden Beach

Had a very fun week! The proximity to the beach and ocean week great and since the pool was a nice size we spent a lot of time around it and in it!! This was my first trip to Holden Beach and would like to come back sometime

Singing in the rain

Despite a lot of rain, we had an enjoyable week. As a longtime visitor to Holden we had a great time. The house was pretty much as advertised. The location was great, and well equipped. Our extended family of 14 fit comfortably. We especially appreciated the long table where we could all sit together. The pool was very nice and our grand children loved it.

Great Family Vacation

Great house with a great location. The pool is fantastic and we spent a great deal of afternoons there. A few hiccups (ice maker didn’t work) but that was minor compared to all of the things that made this a wonderful house. Beds being incredibly comfortable was a bonus. Hope to return next year.

Awesome pool and hot tub!

The house was spacious and well-equipped. The contact person was very responsive to our requests. The pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach were awesome! The only negative was the amount of the owner’s personal items and decorations. Less is more when guests are coming with their own stuff.

Beach Week!

Our family of 13, including 5 grandchildren, appreciated the 6 bedrooms and 6+ bathrooms. The outdoor area was fantastic! Beautiful big pool, hot tub, lots of lounging furniture and a shower and bath. The private beach access was just a short walk. The house was well-equipped and the contact person was very responsive to any concerns. The only negatives were the ornate furniture and the amount of “decorative” items in all the rooms which took away from the space needed for the stuff we brought. But I definitely recommend Seaduction!

Great Location!

Can’t say enough great things about the outdoor space and location. The pool was amazing and the easy walk to the beach really can’t be beat! The views were fabulous too! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the amount of stuff/furniture inside the house. It felt a little cramped at times because there is a lot of furniture, wall decor and family pictures throughout the house. The bunk bed rooms were pretty small as well, which wasn’t a huge deal because we had kids staying in both rooms, but once they got in there with all their stuff, it was pretty tight. The owners left an adorable Scout Bag and a gift card to a local ice cream shop, which was so sweet and thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, I would recommend this house. We had a great week!

Love the eclectic decor, comfortable beds, oceanfront views and close proximity to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, etc. Very helpful property manager. The perfect amount of space for our family! We will book again for sure!

Summer Vacation

We loved the property! It looks better than the pictures and the beds were amazing. The kitchen was full of pots, pans, steamers, and anything else you would need. Only downside was the big tv in the living room couldn’t connect to Netflix nor was there a drop cord to use the DVD player.

Holden beach family vacation

My husband and I plus our two adult children and their families enjoyed our stay. We had a total of 6 adults and 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 9 to almost 2 years old. The property was clean, the air conditioning and appliances worked well, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. The owner of the property had everything organized and labeled. The pool and hot tub were cleaned before our stay began and once during the week. We spent most of our time at the beach or poolside. I appreciated the refrigerator, tables, and restroom on the pool level. We would consider renting this property again next summer.

Good property

We had a good week. The property was clean, the air conditioning worked well, there were plenty of kitchen supplies, and everything was well organized. Location was great. Pool and spa were cleaned twice. There was easy access to the beach.

Amazing Seaduction Vacation

Great house! We have been going to Holden Beach for many years. My grandparents were actually early settlers. This was by far one of our best trips and the house and the personal touches from the owners were outstanding! We had a multiple generation gathering and there was something for everyone.
