Our Riviera Villa home consists of 5 bedrooms sleeping 15 people, 3 bathrooms (one with freestanding bath) all with stone benchtops, 3 flat screen TVs, Theatre room, 3 lounge areas and dining area connecting to the swimming pool and alfresco area with stunning panoramic river views. STRICT 10PM noise restrictions as the property is located in a residential street. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

Phenomenal location for multiple families

Three families stayed at the Riviera Villa - 6 adults and 7 kids aged 7-12 years. Property is well-equipped with large pantry and three fridges to accommodate the amount of food required for a large group. Plenty of dining space. Most notable was the amount of break-out areas where people could find a comfortable space on their own. Excellent communication from property manager in the lead up to check-in and during our stay when we needed to connect with her. River access was suitable for launching kayaks as well as space to moor a pontoon hired from the city centre; we were able to hop on and off via the bank. Overall, an excellent property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is even more beautiful than the photos listed!
