Golf cart rentals are conveniently located across the street to explore many of the ideal locations this wonderful island has to offer.

At Last, has been designed with fine, warm, and modern touches to provide all of your guests with the needed comfort for your island getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked and prepared for your culinary adventures along with high-end stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy a feast all prepared on a LARGE island that will seat four and a dining room area that seats ten. The balcony off the kitchen is a great happy hour setting overlooking the bird sanctuary and pool!



The gorgeous master bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bath. In addition, the master bedroom has its very own private balcony that overlooks Aransas Bay and the bird sanctuary for perfect sunset enjoyment. The two guest bedrooms are located on the same floor and fitted with the most comfortable bedding. The first guest bedroom offers two sets of Twin bunk beds and a flat-screen tv perfect for little ones or big ones during your trip. The second guest bedroom offers a king-size bed, with a flat-screen tv. This bedroom also includes a private balcony to enjoy the morning breeze. The guest rooms share a hall bath. As our guest, you will also have access to enjoy the fantastic common area pool, making At Last, The Island House a perfect choice for any pool & beach lovers.

At Cozi Vacation Rentals, we take your health and safety very seriously, and it is and will always be our top priority. All of our rentals are being cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards after every stay with our cleaning service, Cozi Cleaning Company. All of our licensed, insured, 5-star trained cleaning team members are wearing masks, gloves and are disinfecting/sanitizing each home after each stay.

We are following all of the CDC guidelines, and we are proud members of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association and the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), where we are closely monitoring and following all of their guidance for cleanliness and guest safety precautions. *In lieu of a damage security deposit, where most companies charge and over $500, and where you as the guest risk these companies not returning your damage deposit, Cozi does it differently by charging a one-time non-refundable $49 fee which provides up to $5000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions) that could occur during you and your guests stay. Plan terms and conditions will be provided to all guest reservations after the time of booking. Any charges owed by Guest may be charged by Cozi to Guest’s card on file in addition to seeking any relief provided by law.
