With a spacious open-plan layout, the house feels light, airy, and ideal for spending quality time together. In the cooler months, cozy up by the fireplace—it’s the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring.
The home includes a separate wing that can be closed off with a secure fire door, ideal for extended family or added privacy.

2.5km scenic walk to the main town – perfect for a morning stroll
700m walk to Te Haumi Beach – a hidden local gem
2.5km to the Ōpua car ferry – easy access to Russell
20-minute drive to Kerikeri – home to the best farmers market in the North Island

The driveway is steep and may not be suitable for all vehicles
There are stairs both inside and outside the home, though there is alternative access without stairs if needed
