Noise Monitoring & Consideration for Neighbours
This apartment is equipped with a noise monitoring device in the living area. The monitor measures sound levels only – it does not record conversations – and helps ensure a comfortable environment for all residents in the building.

We ask that you please be mindful of your noise levels, particularly during the building’s quiet hours of 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, and avoid loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour. As this is a shared residential complex, respecting other residents’ peace and privacy is essential.
