Relax in your self-contained studio with a comfortable queen bed, large bathroom with shower and toilet, well appointed kitchenette with ample bench space and good sized fridge.
If you need extra space for a couple of kids or friends we have a separate bunkroom available by arrangement, warm and cosy.

The bed was very comfy and the bungalow had a lovely feel to it and was private and peaceful. The location is great.Close to Raglan town and 15 minutes from the surf beaches where you can hire surfboards etc.
Tidy little spot for a short stay to see Raglan. A short drive to downtown. Basic kitchenette and available grill. We ate out with lots of options in town for good food.
Host is very welcoming and communicates clearly. Gave loads of information and recommendations about the surrounding area. Room was clean with everything you need in the kitchen and a fantastic, private deck. Close enough to walk to the beautiful black sand beaches.
Lovely place with great views! It’s got everything you need and it’s all very clean and tidy. We were able to check in a bit earlier upon request on a very wet day, which was great. The only downside is that you can hear everything people do and say in the room next door, which is not ideal.

Thanks for your feedback Florine, we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and the early check-in was helpful for you. We have installed noise insulation and find all you need to do if you are still very sensitive to sound, is to close the bathroom door.
Lovely property - had everything I needed for a night away, quiet location, great view and short walk into the town centre across the rugby field. Host was very communicative and welcoming - recommended

The studio has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Hine, the host, got in contact to give advice and guidance on the local area and other bits which was very useful.
I would recommend if you want to enjoy a wonderful stay in Raglan. Close to everything and just a short drive to the beach!
The size of the room exceeded my expectations. Really lovely property, nice outlook, covered verandah for socialising, really nice owner. Wish there was a bit more cooking facilities, ie electric hob, but the owners were great about it and offered a microwave and there is a BBQ you can use. Highly recommend!
Excellent value for money and the view from the balcony was lovely. The host and Dee were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time exploring raglan and the house was very close to the centre of town. The room was nice, clean and had all the basic necessities. We did find it a little bothersome having to deal with our own rubbish in town. We caught a few looks stuffing our 4 days worth of rubbish into a rubbish bin. We very much enjoyed our stay regardless and we definitely come back, it’s sensational for the price!

Lovely property, one appointed, beautifully clean. Very tricky to enter the property using the key – could do with some attention. Would have loved a drop of milk and a biscuit upon arrival. But otherwise very satisfactory stay. Thank you
Originally from Auckland, I've made Raglan my home and enjoy helping guests find the best possible experiences and eateries in Whaingaroa.
Why they chose this property
The Studios are walking distance to town, but are nestled in their own private area, which is very quiet and safe with a great view overlooking a reserve.
What makes this property unique
The Studio has a deck with a view overlooking the tropical gardens, space to wander amongst the banana trees and we are doing a native re-vegetation project in the Reserve with the local Community to bring the birds right in to the garden and surrounds.
