Unit 502 has been recently remodeled with a contemporary kitchen and baths and new sofas and other furnishings. A floor to ceiling stone fireplace, beautiful flooring and inviting furnishings are a welcome comfort at the end of a day exploring all that Aspen and Snowmass have to offer. Unwind on the balcony while preparing dinner on your gas grill and soaking in the view. Relax in front of the gas fireplace while planning the next days adventures with your traveling companions. The Shadowbrook condos sit right on the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall.

This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each spacious sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. The second bedroom offers two queen beds to accommodate a variety of travelers. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short walk away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from.

If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
