Perfect family house!

We have stayed at various locations through the years on the island and this was by far our favorite house! So many fun features, super clean, updated and had everything you needed. Great location with good condition beach supplies. We had one minor issue when we got there and it was responded to and handled well. Would definitely recommend!

Spring Break 2022

Our 3rd trip to Anna Maria in the past 4 years at Spring Break time. Great week at Luana Breeze. Location cannot be overstated. Literally about a 2 minute walk to the beach. Able to watch the sunset each night and back at our house in minutes. Did not have small kids this trip, but the proximity to the beach would be a huge advantage if carting small kids and beach “stuff” back and forth. House was very clean, bigger then it appears in the photos IMO, backyard, pool, spa, hammocks, all were used daily by our teenage kids as well as adults. Many compliments from other friends who visited us regarding the home and backyard setup. Would definitely stay again. Easily accommodates 8+ IMO and did not feel we were on top of each other. Thank you for a great week.
