The location was absolutely perfect and I loved how quickly we could be at the beach or the house. Appreciated the trash bags given as well as the coffee to get us started. The space was great to give enough distance between bedrooms.

We had a wonderful week in HH! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. We loved having beach towels and beach chairs provided for us, along with dog bowls and dog treats. The little touches make a big difference. And you can't beat a 2 minute walk to the beach with no worries about parking!!

Very nice place, easy check in process. Everything was clean. I worked remotely there and the WiFi was reliable. Our dog loved being on vacation with us.

The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. The rooms were very clean out the layout is perfect for families.It is a short walk to the beach and the wagon that was provided made it easy to carry the stuff. We would definitely book this condo again.

Amazing location!

Our first time to HHI and our family had a blast! The condo was very clean and the location was close to everything Hilton Head Island has to offer! The kids especially loved the short (very short) walk to the beach! We saw lots of dolphins and deer!

So close to the beautiful beach. The property was immaculate. Loved having the children’s area a little separate from the rest of the condo. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

We stayed between Christmas and New Years. It was a good location to the beach as well as getting in and out of Palmetto Dune. The property management company was quick to respond when we reached out. Our family had a fun trip in Hilton Head!

Long weekend

We had a good time at this property. The location was excellent. You can easily walk to the beach in 2 minutes. It was comfortable and had 3 full bathrooms which is great for a 2 bedroom condo! We recommend this condo highly.

Great location!

This property was absolutely amazing! It was a short walk to the beach which was beautiful and clean. It was also an easy walk to the general store. The condo was just like the pictures. The beds were a little hard but definitely didn’t keep me from a good night sleep. Would absolutely recommend this place and we will be back!

Close to beach but needs cleanup

Location is great, very close to the beach. Hosts are also great, very responsive and accommodating. But the apartment itself needs more cleaning and updating. It’s old and not clean.

The property is located close to the beach. We have stayed at this property several times in the past but with a different owner. We love sitting on the balcony but could not this visit due to not being cleaned. Could not open the doors to the balcony due to an issue with them. The property seems a little worn and needs some updating.

Perfect Spot

We had a great stay in Palmetto Dunes. This condo is about a 3m walk to the beach and the Dunes House Restaurant. It’s set up almost as two separate sides with the two bed room/bathroom on the right as you want in and then the kitchen, kind bedroom and two bathrooms on the left which was great - our kids had their own side and bathroom and my wife and I had our side. The kids loved riding their bikes up and down the beach and throughout the neighborhood (bike paths everywhere). The beach was perfect and so close. The condo itself was very nice and recently updated. Perfect spot, we will be back!
