Felicia, Thank you for staying at my Villa during the New Years Holiday period.. Thank for sharing your comments with this wonderful review and very nice comments. As a first time guest with me, your comments are valuable since you were able to compare the location, cleanliness, location you had experienced at other locations on the Island. You sent me a separate note that also said " We are just leaving you lovely villa, and I wanted to write a quick note to tell you that we had a lovely time. Your villa is clean and well stocked, with all the amenities a renter might need. We usually stay in the Forest Beach area, and we loved the quiet of Palmetto Dunes. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding along the path and seeing all the homes. The proximity to the beach was great and we lucked out with the weather. We got some nice time on the beach and our daughter actually played in the ocean. We also visited the general store which was fun." We work tirelessly to make the Villa beautiful, enhanced cleaning and inviting to our guests. It is also suitable for "work at home" type stays with WIFI at out Private Moorings guests only pool just steps from the front door. Happy New Year and thank you again for staying with me. Jim
