This newer home is designed to provide skiers and snowboarders with the ultimate winter sports getaway. The house is 5800 square feet and includes 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. The heated garage is big enough to hold 4 small vehicles and has room left over for ski and snowboard storage. The mudroom/foyer has plenty of coat hooks and cubbies to keep your ski gear organized, along with benches to put on your boots. The basement level also includes a rec room with a pool table and 75 inch 4K TV, along with a playstation 4 gaming system. Theatre seating and a wet bar is also in the rec room. This level includes a large bunkroom that sleeps 6.

On the main level is a huge great room with 25 foot ceilings that includes a massive couch, an LG OLED 4K TV, a beautiful fireplace, a dining table that seats 10, and a kitchen island that seats 7. The gourmet kitchen has Bosch, Jenaire and Sub Zero appliances. There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with its own bath and plenty of closet space. One of these bedrooms has a king sized bed and a fireplace, the other has twin beds. This level also has a heated outdoor deck with a hot tub for apres-ski relaxation.

The third level has two huge master suites with king beds, amazing spacious baths and walk in closets. LG OLED 4K TV's hang on the walls in these bedrooms and one has a custom fireplace. A free standing copper soaking tub is a true treat. There is also a small bedroom/office on this level with a queen bed.

The home will sleep 16 people without having to resort to sleeping on a pull out couch or futon. It has radiant heat and high end finishes throughout. No expense was spared in making this home the ultimate skier's getaway. In the morning it is a 100 foot walk to Trygve's run and from there a short ski down to the base of Peak 8. At the end of the day you can ski back right to your door, or if the weather takes a nasty turn you can come back to warm up by the fireplace in the great room. Although you come to Breck for the snow, you will find that this home will make your time off the slopes as enjoyable as your outdoor fun. We had a wonderful stay at this home. Comfortable and well appointed. Convenient ski-in and ski-out and after a day on the slopes, the hot tub was fantastic and we had great spaces for gathering. Kitchen was very well equipped for making and enjoying meals.

The house was absolutely incredible, if anything the photos don't do it justice! Beautifully appointed throughout and loads of space. Location is fantastic - super easy to ski in and ski out, literally 100 yards off the main pistes. And communication with the owner was great, super quick helpful responses and detailed house information. Would highly recommend anyone considering booking this house to do it immediately - you won't regret it!

70th birthday celebration

This house was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The location was great and very convenient. We were there for a week in June to celebrate my 70th birthday with my family. The weather was beautiful and we made many wonderful memories. Breckenridge is such a fun place in the summer. We enjoyed rafting, hiking, horseback riding, and going to Epic Adventure. Dave was a wonderful host and always ready to help. We couldn’t have had a better time.

4 O’Clock Run House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had great access to the base and gondola to go down to town. Every day we had wildlife come around the house (moose, chipmunks, foxes, etc.). The place was fantastic for our family of 12 and we would love to go back on our next trip to Breckinridge. We recommend it highly.

Family ski trip

What an amazing vacation! This was our first time skiing in Breckenridge and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. It is perfectly located for ski in/ski out. We traveled with 5 kids and they were easily able to ski in and out of the house. This made it especially easy when some wanted to take a break. We had a wonderful time!!! The property made it easy to ski out and back allowing us to take shifts to watch the babies in our group. Great Property, Great Location!

We had an amazing time in Breck and this property was very nice. Dave was great in his communication with us before and during our trip. We had 13 in our family stay there, mostly adults, and the home handled us just find. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which as nice. The kitchen and gathering room was awesome and spacious. We BBQ'd and hot tubbed in the jacuzzi nearly every day. The garage is spacious and we brought mountain bikes - there is so much to see and do. I highly recommend this place and I will stay here again when I return to Breck.

Beautiful Home, Perfect Location!

Just spent the past week staying at this first class property with 4 families. We had 8 adults and 9 kids from ages 3-11. The house is absolutely PERFECT in every way! Location is literally steps away from the Peak 8 Adventure Park and gondolas to Main Street. All bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Kids loved the bunk room and watching movies in the theater room. Top notch amenities and the house was fully stocked with all appliances, etc. If you are looking for a ski in/out property, this is you place! Owner was fantastic to work with. Great Family Stay

This home is in a very convenient location. It is one lot away from a green slope which, if you ski down the driveway can be reached by walking about 100 feet. Skiing back couldn't be better. An easy trail takes you to your garage door. Great for lunch breaks or a quick warm up with small children. The run off the house ends at the base 8 ski school. The very large hot tub is constantly on so you don't have to worry about controls. In short a great Family ski home.

Incredible Experience

Everything to do with this trip was outstanding. From booking to arriving to questions while on property. The Property Manager, Dave, was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. The house is large and spacious. It had absolutely every amenity you could imagine including reading glasses close by for those of us who are constantly misplacing them! It is fully outfitted for all your needs. The location is truly fantastic. During the summer you can walk to trails and to the lift that will take you to the activities at the top. I recommend the house and the owner/property manager whole-heartedly!
