Drop Bear Cottage - Pet Friendly

Fully equipped three-bedroom home with easy access to Lake Victoria, the perfect location to relax and enjoy the beauties of Lake Victoria and The 90 Mile Beach.

Drop Bear Cottage is the perfect spot to escape your busy lifestyle and enjoy your next holiday. Treat your pet to a great holiday too! Please remember to bring your pets bedding and anything else required to make their stay as comfortable as yours.

The home has a deck at the front with plenty of chairs to enjoy breakfast out in the sunshine and a BBQ. Heading inside to an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, three bedrooms all with double beds, comfortably sleep six. Bathroom and separate laundry. A carport for undercover parking and plenty of room to bring your boat or jet ski.

Lake Victoria is a short stroll from the property which is perfect for many water sports. The Deep-Water Jetty and Boat ramp is located not too far away either.

Town facilities include, Lakeview Bar and Bistro located on the foreshore of Lake Victoria. The Hotel provides a free minibus pickup for patrons. A Licenced Supermarket, Café/Takeaway Shop, Fish & Chip Shop, Golf, RSL, Boat Club, Bowls club are all on offer here.

The host has thought of the little extras such as providing feminine hygiene products, other bathroom products and mini jams etc.Only thing we noticed short in supply was toilet paper.The house was clean and spacious.We enjoyed the area and saw many kangaroo both at dusk and during the day. The waters edge was a clean place to take the dogs with lots of swans to entertain them :-)

An excellent house for our family to stay in for a few days. A great space with everything we needed, a good provision of games for the kids, and we loved the firestove. A nice walk into town along the beach.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay so much, everything was perfect and fit our needs. lots of kids games and comfy beds, backyard was perfect for our child and big dog and lots of parking space. Thank you so much, we hopefully will be back for another stay soon!
