PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

You've found a well-located gem on Kauai's Coconut Coast! This Kapaa condo community features an oceanfront pool, beach access, and a grassy lawn for taking in the sea views (including truly spectacular sunrises) as well as mini-split air conditioning in the living room. While the building for this condo unit isn't oceanfront, it's just a short stroll to the oceanfront pool and beach access. Plus, your building has its own pool, as well.

More beaches await nearby: in this central spot between the North and South Shores, some of the world's most beautiful stretches of sand are just a short drive away.

Your condo even includes dedicated parking, so you'll always have a spot waiting for you at the end of your adventures.

Bed & Bath
Ideal for families, this crisp, clean 2-bedroom condo features a king-size bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen size bed. It's not always necessary, but louvered windows and Kauai's trade winds make for a refreshing combo, and fans in both bedrooms and the living area circulate the sea breezes and keep things cool. Both bedrooms share a sparkling bath with a roomy vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Activities
Oversee the pool and palm trees from your private lanai with a 4-person patio table. Just add a mug of coffee and breakfast from your updated, stainless kitchen, and your day is off to a great start.

As far as how to spend your day, you have many options! Rent a bicycle and pedal the nearby Kapaa Bike Path, an 8-mile path winding alongside a dramatic coastline, passing several beaches (including popular Lydgate Beach) and Instagram-worthy vistas along the way.
Or pack up the beach gear we provide and drive about 40 minutes to Poipu Beach on the South Shore—a gentle, kid-friendly beach with excellent snorkeling. This area of the island gets the most sun on average, so if it happens to be raining in Kapaa Town, head south and the clouds will likely part!

On your way home, stock up on dinner ingredients at the Safeway right across the street, including some goodies for the shared BBQ grill near the pool. Or skip cooking and sample one of the restaurants within walking distance.

When the sun goes down, you've got WiFi and a flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a brand-new, in-unit washer and dryer for keeping beach towels fresh for tomorrow.

Great location to get around the island. Plenty of food trucks/restaurants around. One of the bedrooms doesn’t have AC but there’s a fan in the closet. Overall good experience.

I love that the property was right next to the beach and right across the street from the grocery store. I also enjoyed having a washer and dryer in my unit because it made it a lot easier to clean clothes. I would definitely stay again at this location when I come back to Kaua’i

Perfect condo for our trip, nestled slightly out of town which turned out to be a blessing due to traffic in Kapaa. The condo has everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. Freezer is loaded with ice and ice packs for the cooler as well. Very clean. The outdoor patio is great for meals and cocktails.

Wasn’t the worst but definitely could use some improvements. Mostly cleanliness: furniture dated and stained, mouldy coffee grounds left inside coffee maker in cupboard, lanai dingy!

Our unit was a pleasant and clean to stay in. We enjoyed the location being central to either the North end adventures or the East end adventures and all in between. Grocery store and ABC store close and many restaurants to pick from. Would recommend and would definitely return. Mahalo

Relaxation after Oahu and Maui

The condo was exactly as showed in pictures. I was worried on the reviews about the AC not cooling the condo. The AC cooled the condo as cool as you choose. Kapaa is the perfect location to tour the island. I was impressed with the contact from management on any questions or concerns I had. I give the condo a 5 star rating, the beach a 3 star.

Directions for tv use was all we would have liked. All was wonderful. Area quiet except for the roosters in the early am. Lol they're. Everywhere so not much can be done but you do get used to them.

Great Stay

This unit is a great place to stay. Check in was easy. Communication with host was great. It was a great price for our 7 day vacation. Stores (Safeway, Starbucks, Panda, Kenji’s, and more) close by that you can walk. Very convenient. Downtown Kapa’a is just a few minutes drive where you can get souvenirs and good eats. Oh and did I mention that the beach is just a few steps away? Yes, beautiful beach area where the kiddos can swim and not be bothered by rough waves. Another plus is the swimming pool just outside the patio area. Easy access. Overall comfortable stay. Had everything we needed. Thank you.

Perfect Location

The condo was clean & exactly as advertised. We loved the location because it was only a 30-40 minute travel time anywhere we went and we went to all sides of the island (west was a bit further). Kapaa had all the conveniences we needed and was within walking distance to most. The complex was quiet and had a local feel which we love. It is not your typical touristy resort experience if that's what you are wanting. The owner had beach chairs and a cooler we could use which made it so nice when going to the beach. The Air Conditioner worked well - granted, we were there when Kauai had all the rain which is very unusual I hear. We did a lot of cooking at the condo and we missed not having a grill to use. We would stay here again!

Bathtub was clogged

We could not take showers and waited for the plumber the next day. Wasted about 12 hours. This is our first time in Kauai and it surely did not start right. The plumbing issue should have been resolved before check-in. Definitely will not stay here again. Thank you!

Dear future guest, We were a bit surprised by Louis’s review. When the issue with the shower not properly draining was reported at 7am, we were able to get our handyman out there by 10am to repair the issue. Which brings our response time to 3hr. If you come to any of our properties and are unhappy, for any reason, please reach out! We have a customer service team available at virtually all hours. Our main goal is to make you feel comfortable and when these types of issues appear we try our best to fix them as soon as possible. We would much rather work with you immediately to help ensure you have the very best vacation opposed to hearing some of these issues during the review phase. Home away from home…

Of course, the beauty is all around, but this is a peaceful bit of the island with all the conveniences nearby. It’s off one of the main two lane highways so if you’re staying close to the entrance onto the property, you hear traffic throughout the day. Other than that, walk to the back side and you have the ocean and beautiful views, and. Only the sound of the crashing waves. The grounds are simple but beautifully landscaped and the groundskeeper(?) does a wonderful job every morning keeping things looking fresh and clean! I would have preferred an ocean view, as I thought I had read in the description when I booked, but luckily, it was a short little walk and we didn’t stay indoors much. I’d definitely return. Also, I would recommend posting inside the rental, instructions on how to use the television (we could not get the cable channels or remote to work), and maybe a list of local things to do and how to get transportation if you’re without a vehicle. We also noticed many places closed early. My mother liked it and that’s a plus since she like to be spoiled by the amenities of a nice hotel. Thank you for the experience…. Rhonda

Great location, poor hospitality

This rental property has amazing potential! The location is central to all the things, the pools are well kept and the beach within walking distance was a great perk and we enjoyed watching many sunrises from there. However, having a leak in the ceiling and the water falling on the mattress that our kids were sleeping on and having absolutely no help from the manager on remedying the wet mattress was less than ideal. The kitchen faucet had no hot water bc it’s broken. The kitchen knives needed replacing a long time ago. There were jagged edges to them that looked like if used metal pieces would end up in your food. Lots and lots of dust everywhere. Pest control came mid vacation to spray. The screen doors were difficult to open. A pantry that smelled like rotten potatoes inside of which a broken blender could be found. The front door had no deadbolt so our little ones could open the door and venture outside at any time. Our only fix was placing a barstool in front of the door to give us time to react. I think that’s important for families with littles ones to be aware of. The WiFi also kept going out. This place really could be such a great place to stay but it needs these problems to be addressed.

Kapaa getaway

Property was clean and nice as expected. Dryer for Laundry vents inside which makes it unusable especially when the air conditioner isn’t working. Property management was made aware of problem and advised us that due to labor shortages it couldn’t be looked at in the week we were there. They communicated clearly although it took one call and an email to get the reply 36 hours later but it was the weekend and Labor Day weekend to boot so that makes sense. I was refunded 3 percent of the booking cost for the ac being out which I did not request and gratefully accepted ( although 3 percent seems like a relatively small refund percentage wise for a major feature not working). We did have some very nice neighbors that loaned us more fans. The turn in is off a very busy street but Safeway and other helpful shopping is super close. The beach you directly have access to is scenic but rocky best to swim elsewhere. Overall a good stay but I would book elsewhere next time.

Excellent location and close to the beach

Great property, beach is very close, Safeway is right across the street, and pool is right out the back door. Would be great for a single family or couple. A tad tight for our family of four and grandma and grandpa, but still ok. My MIL wasn’t happy to find out the A/C is only in the living room. The bedroom farthest from the living room was hard to cool down. We would still stay here again though!
