Above-Ground Pool & Backyard at Murfreesboro Home!

So glad the space worked well for your group, and it sounds like the screened-in porch, pool, and swing set were a hit with your little one! We appreciate the feedback on the heat this summer. Keeping exterior doors closed helps the window A/C in that one bedroom keep up, and closing blinds on the west side really helps those rooms stay cooler until sundown during extreme heat. We're sorry about the peeling paint on the pool deck; it was redone last summer but the high heat this year caused some issues, and we plan to have it addressed once temperatures cool down. Thanks for staying with us and sharing your experience!

From the Owner: "Thanks for staying with us. We would love to have you be our guest again."

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the home did not meet your expectations. The home is professionally cleaned before each stay, and we take cleanliness concerns seriously, so we’ll be following up with our cleaning team. Additional bedding, including throw blankets and quilts, is available for guest use, and we’ll review how these are stored to ensure they’re easy to find. We appreciate you sharing your experience as we continue working to provide a comfortable stay for all guests.

From the owner: "Thank you for staying."

We hold our home to a very high standard of cleanliness, and we're working closely with our housekeeping team to ensure all bathrooms and common areas are thoroughly prepped for arrival. We strive to provide a comfortable stay by supplying a starter set of essential paper products, household soaps, and versatile bedding designed for all-season comfort. We take property maintenance seriously and are actively addressing the exterior siding, as well as checking the tub hardware. Our local team is always available to resolve any guest needs in real-time, and while we have no record of any contact attempts during this stay, we always welcome direct communication to immediately enhance our guests' experience.

Hi Ruth, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the pool, even with the cooler weather during your stay. We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:- The home has a tankless water heater, which provides continuous hot water, and the kitchen’s hot water is accessed by turning the handle toward the red indicator.- The bathroom in the laundry area has a shower curtain by design, and we’ll keep your suggestion for a door in mind for future updates.- The home is furnished with ample lighting, décor, and a rug under the coffee table, though we understand preferences for style and atmosphere can vary.We appreciate your feedback as we continue to maintain and care for the property.
