Nestled along South Forest Beach, directly across the street from the beach, this cozy three-story villa is your ideal destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The first floor boasts a kitchen, living room, and dining room, creating an open and inviting atmosphere. The fully remodeled kitchen is the centerpiece, featuring new cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious breakfast bar. The living room offers a sleeper sofa, loveseat, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. On the second floor, you'll find two bedrooms and a bathroom. The Queen bedroom features a flat-screen TV with cable, while the second bedroom is equipped with a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed, along with a flat panel Roku TV (guests must provide their own logins for streaming apps). The Master bedroom on the third floor boasts a King bed, a flat-screen TV with cable, and a balcony for added relaxation. It also includes a full ensuite bathroom, providing total privacy.

Seascape Villas offer a well-appointed villa with a fantastic location, providing all the amenities of home for a perfect family vacation, couples retreat, golf getaway, or girlfriends' escape.

The Seascape complex features two onsite swimming pools, one just steps away from either the front door or the back deck of the Villa. The naturally landscaped grounds include shaded pathways, bridges over a lagoon, and water features attracting wildlife. Additionally, there's a private beachfront cabana with restrooms and outdoor showers.

Very Spacious

Kitchen was well stocked and outdoor space was great to store beach items without tracking in sand. Beds were a little hard to our liking and the living room TV had really bad lag time for streaming (which is the only option) Really close to beach access.

Clean and Close to Everything!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the condo! The amenities were very nice, and the proximity to everything — shops, restaurants, and the beach — was perfect. Everything was very clean, including the towels and sheets, and the management team was easy to reach and very responsive to any issues.That said, the second-floor bathroom could really use an update, as it doesn't match the quality and finish of the rest of the condo. We showered in standing water constantly. Also, it would have been helpful if the kitchen had some basic cooking staples like salt, oil, cooking spray, and seasonings. As it stood, we decided not to cook because purchasing all the basics just for a few meals would have been more expensive than dining out.Overall, a great place to stay, with a few small improvements that would make it even better!

Spring break paradise

It was a wonderful vacation! We loved the peaceful property and close proximity to the beach access. The bike rentals being included with the villa was the best!! Nice, comfortable, well kept place.

Hilton Head Vacation

Everything leading up to the vacation went very well. The communication through emails was very helpful with the company. Island Rentals was very disappointing after we arrived at the condo. When we were going to bed, we noticed there was blood on the fitted sheet in the master bedroom. It looked like someone cut themselves shaving and then accidentally bled on the sheet. We took the fitted sheet off and used the top sheet as that. We called first thing in the morning and told island rentals what happened and they told me they would send someone over with a brand new sheet. That person never came. We were busy the next day and I forgot. My husband called again on the third day of our trip and spoke with John. John took the information and called us back within a few minutes. He said that he was getting conflicting information since someone was telling him the new sheets were dropped off. We received no sheets at this time. John himself drove out and handed us a mattress cover and was sending an emergency cleaning company out. Throughout the phone calls being made back and forth, we noticed that the sheet we had taken off of our bed the first night was gone. Someone came into the condo when we were not there. Either that or the sheet vanished as we never came across it again through the week. We did end up with a brand new set of sheets. But knowing someone could come into our condo when we were not there caused anxiety. There’s more that happened but I don’t have enough char

Great Hilton Head Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 3234 Seascape Villa. Everything is just a short walk, drive, or bike ride away. I loved the condi layout. The master bed was so comfortable! The bikes and beach chairs provided were a nice extra. Coligny Plaza and the Pirate Ship park were close and very entertaining. The beach access is right across the road and there's a sidewalk to the beach. I would have liked to seen sidewalks to the pool. Also a taking a wagon is a must if you have small children and beach gear.

Perfect location and clean stay

The only negative was that I didn’t realize it was 3 stories tall so my room was at the top. Other than that, everything worked so well. We really enjoyed the place and the location to the beach was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and patio. Thank you for adding to our family memories.

The perfect getaway!

Our family came for a week for spring break, and loved this villa! The space was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the back patio with all the palm trees and the lagoon with the fountain. The location to the beach with the private cabana was wonderful too. We also loved having beach chairs and bikes available to take when needed! The only recommendation would be to update the king mattress on the 3rd floor as it was a little uncomfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Location is nice, and beach access is easy! Having the bicycles included for us to use was a nice bonus. The property was not the cleanest. Dirty dishes and used Starbucks cups were in the kitchen cabinets. We washed everything before we used any dishes. There was a blood stain on one of the pillows. Luckily, my husband had brought his pillow from home, so we didn't use that one. Also, the carpet in the upstairs bedroom did not appear to have been vacuumed. When we walked across the carpet wearing black socks, our socks were COVERED with blond, curly fur. Even though the property was not listed as pet friendly, obviously someone had stayed with a dog, and no one had vacuumed. Bathtubs need updating.

Great location - maintenance updates needed

The location was very close to the beach, quiet, and provided a great space to reconnect with family. It was great having the grill and patio furniture and the additional pool and beach furniture. The house however was not the cleanest we found long black hairs stuck to the shower and on the dishcloth, a few of the blankets were also not cleaned and both bathrooms need refinishing,the dishwasher worked horribly, and although we appreciate all the dishes there were far too many in the small kitchen leaving no place to store food.

Perfect spot for the week!

This was a the perfect spot for our family of 5 to stay for the week. The location was just a short walk to the beach and was close to all of the other places we wanted to visit. It had the space we needed for our three teenagers such as bikes, beach chairs, puzzles, games, TVs. The property manager was super responsive and helpful. The house was clean and included all the amenities required for an week's vacation!

Perfect for 2 close families.

An easy walk to the beach or the pool on property made for enjoyable days and kept the kids busy. As is common in Hilton Head, eating out can mean a long wait so we grilled at the villa several times. The grill might need some maintenance or updating but it worked for us once we figured out the nuances. Also, a pair of tongs to grill with would be helpful but we managed and had a good time. We would recommend this villa and would stay here again.

Family beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and having the bikes included was fun. The unit itself had some issues. No restroom on the main floor. You had to climb stairs every time you had to go. No hot water in the kitchen sink. This was our 2nd trip to Hilton Head. We will try a different area for our next trip.

Great location!

We stayed in this complex once before. It’s definitely an older complex with some aging showing. Accommodations were adequate for all of us. Place was tidy on arriving, but could use a deeper clean. Kitchen stocked but bare bones on soap, paper towels etc. The location is perfect! Used the bikes and grill daily. Nice deck out the back. Pool not heated and had a lot of leaf litter. No special touches to this rental but worked for us.

Nice Seascape 3BR Villa

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented other Seascape Villas for the past few years because we like the location (close enough to Coligny Circle for a quick bike ride, but far enough away for the quieter section of the beach). We booked this unit later in the year than we usually do, so we didn't have many 3 BR Seascape options, and we ended up paying a rate for this unit that what I felt was priced more than average vs other Seascape units. However, the unit came with 4 bikes, which would have cost a couple of hundred dollars anyway. The villa also came equipped with 4 nice backpack beach chairs which saved us a ton of room in the car since we didn't have to bring ours. This villa was very comfortable and nicely updated in the downstairs, but the bathrooms definitely need updating (at this rent level), but they are fully functional. The back deck is small and can't really accommodate a good size outdoor dining table, but that's due to the location of the unit, as some just don't have the space for larger decks. The owners did a nice job of equipping the villa with whatever you need for the week, and left helpful instructions and photos of how things work and are arranged. Overall, we were happy with the villa for the week and would recommend it.

Nice Stay, needs updating

The property is in a good area but is dated. The upstairs shower only stays warm for five minutes . Pools aren’t conveniently located. Beach chairs and bikes were a plus!
