This updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa in Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island is the perfect home base for your Hilton Head getaway! Walk to Celebration Park with its pirate ship playground, The Sandbox Children’s Museum, and seasonal live music—or head to nearby Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining, and the famous Tiki Hut on Coligny Beach.

Inside, enjoy an open floor plan with a fully renovated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, sea glass backsplash, and seating for 13 between the dining table and island. Relax in the new living room furniture or retreat to one of three ensuite bedrooms: a king suite with desk and monitor, a queen suite upstairs, and a kid-friendly bunk room with twin, full, trundle, beanbags, and playful décor. This home has a first-floor bedroom and bath.

The kitchen is well provisioned and can accommodate holiday celebrations or making a birthday cake for that special family member or friend. This is the perfect home for an extended family or friend get-together, a girls get-away, or group golf outing.

Extras include luxury vinyl flooring, updated lighting, and stocked kitchenware. Outside, the deck is equipped with chairs, grill, and beach gear—wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Games and puzzles are also provided for family fun.

The Ocean Breeze community offers three seasonal pools, tennis courts, a playground, and the beach just a 12-minute walk away. Explore Hilton Head with its bike paths, watersports, golf, pickleball, and cruises—or visit charming Old Town Bluffton and its weekly farmers market.

This is a lovely place in our favorite area of Hilton Head. It was very clean and well furnished. Having beach towels and beach gear available was a plus. The air conditioning worked very well although we didn’t need it much this time of year. We loved that we could have our dog with us. The WiFi wasn’t always great, but it was usually sufficient. It was a peaceful, fun, relaxing vacation! We would rent here again.

The unit was nice and had most amenities needed. The living room furniture especially needs a refresh. Couch was dirty and cushions were well worn (stuffing). The rug in the main room was dirty. One of the bathroom toilets whistled when it refilled and the Keurig coffee maker wasn’t working well. The community was nice.

It was just that. I stopped by Myrtle beach before I went there, which was much cheaper and of better quality. The condo wasn't good for its reputation, it wasn't soundproof, and especially the meth in the bed was terrible, so my back hurt the whole time I stayed there. Not so good

This property is beautiful and spacious! Plenty of room for my husband, son (2 year old), and parents. We appreciated how fully equipped the kitchen is, the second floor laundry, and access to beach equipment among many other amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The location is close enough to walk or drive to the beach. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Tom and I have lived on Hilton Head Island since 2003 but Tom has been visiting the island since 1967 when his parents purchased a villa in Sea Pines that Tom and I live in today. Our daughter, Abi, grew up here and went to the Univ of SC. It creates quite a family feud during football season because Tom went to Clemson. I went to VA Tech so we're an all ACC/SEC family!

I am from a small town in the country in Upstate NY called Fair Haven. Tom is from Munster, IN.

I am a Realtor, we started short-term rental management when one of my clients begged us to manage their rental at the beginning of Covid. We love the challenge of making our rentals comfortable and meeting the needs of our visitors. We are constantly looking for ways to make our rentals more comfortable and make our services guest friendly.
