This updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa in Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island is the perfect home base for your Hilton Head getaway! Walk to Celebration Park with its pirate ship playground, The Sandbox Children’s Museum, and seasonal live music—or head to nearby Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining, and the famous Tiki Hut or Pool Bar Jim's on Coligny Beach.

Inside, enjoy an open floor plan with a fully renovated kitchen featuring quartz countertops, sea glass backsplash, and seating for 13 between the dining table and island. Relax in the new living room furniture or retreat to one of three ensuite bedrooms: a king suite with desk and monitor, a queen suite upstairs, and a kid-friendly bunk room with twin over full bed with trundle, a twin bed, beanbag chairs, and playful décor. This home has a first-floor bedroom and bath. Every bedroom has a tv.

The kitchen is well provisioned and can accommodate holiday celebrations or making a birthday cake for that special family member or friend. There is a large stock pot and a variety of plastic and glass serving pieces. We tell everyone that our kitchens need to be provisioned for Grandma to make her favorite grandchild a birthday cake or for a group to enjoy a Lowcountry Boil, Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. We provide a small selection of spices for our guests convenience. This is the perfect home for an extended family or friend get-together, a girls get-away, or group golf outing.

Extras include luxury vinyl flooring, updated lighting, and stocked kitchenware. Outside, the deck is equipped with chairs, electric grill (only electric grills are allowed in this community), and beach gear—beach wagon, toys, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Games, cards and puzzles are also provided for family fun.

We love to host families so we provide a pack-n-play and high chair so that you don't have to bring them.

The Ocean Breeze community offers three seasonal pools, tennis courts, a playground, and the beach just a 12-minute walk away. There is a pickleball court nearby. Explore Hilton Head with its bike paths, watersports, golf, pickleball, and cruises—or visit charming Old Town Bluffton and its weekly farmers market.

We put up a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations the weekend before Thanksgiving and leave them up until after New Years making this the perfect place to spend the holidays.
