Beautiful place!

Overall very nice place to stay. Very satisfied with the up keep of the home. The only issue we had was when we arrived the air conditioner was on 89 degrees and it never cooled the home till over into the next day. Deinitely made for a long miserable night. Other than that would love to come back in the fall.

Nice get away

Beautiful place nice and quite. The place was clean with enough room for about six. There was just the two of us so we just slept in the master bedroom. The mattress needs to be upgraded. There really only enough hot water for one shower. We could not get the cool ac function to work just the heater.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - I want all of our guests to rest easy. I’m sorry to hear that you weren’t comfortable during your stay. I do know that mattress preference is unique to each guest and while I try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective. I’m sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. Thank you for sharing your feedback. - In the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out, especially if you’re having trouble changing the thermostat settings. If you aren’t accustomed to smart thermostats, sometimes it can be a challenge to figure out. For future guests, I may provide a QR code to scan with a link to directions on how to adjust the thermostat. - As far as the water heater, it has a 40-gallon capacity, which should be plenty of water for two guests. Of course, if the first person takes a 30-minute shower at two gallons per minute, that leaves the 2nd person with only about 10 minutes of hot water. This is our first complaint about the hot water and we apologize for the inconvenience. - While we do regret our home was not up to your expectations, we’re happy to share that no issues were reported by our most recent guests. - We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have a wonderful stay!

Amazing trip!

We went and stayed for a climbing trip and found the house very fitting for our needs and very comfortable. The only thing was the twisting and sometimes steep road up to the house, but that’s to be expected with a house at elevation.

Great location for base camp

Our family trip was for spring break to mountain bike and rock climb. We rode at cold water mountain bike trails and rock climbed at sand rock. We also discovered that the location was perfect for day trips to Huntsville and Chattanooga while also exploring the Little River waterfall. Loved having a full kitchen for family meals. Owners are working on internet connectivity but we didn’t have the boys watch but one movie the whole time. Perfect location for outdoor adventures!

Clean and Cute

A clean and cute house next to quiet woods for us to relax. We thought the beds were very comfortable. Son also thought the comic books, TV, and board games were nice. Glad we got to hike to see waterfalls nearby and not have to use WiFi for work.
