Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). The pool is shared with the North house. Beach access across A1A makes it simple to head out for shoreline walks, ocean swims, or relaxed afternoons on the sand. Beach essentials - beach towels and beach chairs - are provided.
Parking, access, and convenience
A private entrance and self check-in via lockbox ensure a smooth arrival. Free parking on the premises includes three spaces, and the garage can accommodate watercraft such as a boat or jet ski. Air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and standard home safety features support a comfortable stay in any season.

The home is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, making it possible for your four-legged companion to join your coastal getaway.
