Welcome to The Salty Anchor, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat - steps from the Intracoastal, boat ramp, and an 8-minute walk to the beach. Ideal for families, boaters, and beach lovers, 8 guests and offers family-friendly amenities. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, fenced yard, Weber gas grill, gas fire pit, outdoor dining. 2 dogs are welcome per booking for an additional fee—bring the whole family! Come experience coastal living at its best. Golf Cart available for rent at $30 per day.

A service dog staying on our property is NOT allowed to be left unattended at the property at any time during your stay. You can NOT leave them alone in a crate as well. You must take the animal with you anytime you leave the house as they are supposed to be of service at all times.
Owners are liable for any damage caused by your accompanying service animal. If there is damage or a need for additional cleaning due to your stay, you will have to pay additional charges.
Your service animal must be on a leash when outside of the home at all times.
If we find you are misrepresenting a pet as a service animal, we will cancel your reservation and/or evict the guest(s) without further notice. In such cases, we will also report fraudulent claims of service animals to government authorities. In such circumstances, there will be no right to a refund.
Please walk your service animal outside for bathroom needs. We strictly prohibit indoor pads. All service animals must be housebroken.
Please clean up all animal waste immediately. We ask that you bring your own disposal bags and dispose of them in the trash. Do not use a neighbors trash bin to dispose of the waste.
Please make sure you clean up after your service animal and leave the home in its original state.
