The apartment is cozy and decorated to accommodate up to 6 guests, with two bedrooms: one suite with a double bed and another single bedroom with four beds and new mattresses.
Featuring a living and dining room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony overlooking Massaguaçu Beach, the apartment offers a comfortable environment with a kitchen, utensils, and laundry area.
The apartment is located on the first floor. As the building does not have an elevator, guests will only have to climb one flight of stairs to reach it.
We do not allow pets in the apartment.
Guests can enjoy not only Massaguacu Beach, but also the beaches of Capricórnio, Cocanha, Mococa, and Tabatinga, which are located near the apartment. The beautiful beaches of Ubatuba are a 20-minute drive away.
