About this property

A perfect place to call home when visiting St. Petersburg! Minimum 5 Night Stay

The Sunshine City has many things to offer and we hope you enjoy your time spent in our home. Whether it be for a week or multiple months, welcome to paradise.

This central air conditioned home has 2 bedrooms which sleep 5, 1 bathroom and an open floor plan which includes a breakfast bar with seating for 4, in addition to a dining room. The front bedroom has a dedicated workspace with desk and monitor. There is also an inflatable air mattress available which can increase your sleeping capacity if needed. Each room has ceiling fans to increase your comfort level, a 46" flat screen tv and wi-fi service. All streaming services are available on our Roku TV. New window shades for maximum comfort, and blackout shades in each bedroom, were installed in 2024.

Appliances and living room furniture are new in 2024. Feel free to use our washer and dryer so your not bringing home your dirty clothes! Our fenced in back yard has a patio and lanai for outdoor relaxation, along with a gas grill, patio set and fire pit. Enjoy our tropical landscaping and know that you are only minutes from the beaches and Tampa / St. Pete's many attractions.

Our home comes furnished with linens, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker(s), microwave and toaster oven. We supply all the necessary items for a day spent at the beach (chairs, umbrella, shade canopy, cooler, towels, paddle board and sand toys for the kids). Your also welcome to use our 2 bicycles and don't forget the sunscreen!

All the comforts of home

Great location

This house was perfect for my wife and I spending a month in St. Petersburg. Fantastic location for exploring all over the area. The beach is only a 10 minute drive and you have to visit the farmers market in Gulfport, a 9 minute drive from the house. We went every Tuesday. Great communication with Joe the owner. Spent a lot of time on the lanai overlooking a beautifully landscaped backyard.

Relaxed days in St. Petersburg

We stayed at Joe's house for 14 days and felt very comfortable. The house was clean, comfortable and has a lovely patio which is great for breakfast. All household appliances were provided, as were beach essentials. The garden is beautifully planted and we really liked it. The neighborhood is quiet and we also felt safe. Big thanks to Joe who took care of everything. You could always reach him and he always had good information - thank you very much! We would like to come back in 2023 :-)

A cozy little house for a working vacation

I had a pleasurable three-week stay in Joe's house, and I can say that his home is a place to spend some quality and relaxed time. The neighborhood is quiet and seems to be safe. It's an area where you can stroll and appreciate a diversity of gardens and houses styles. While in the house, one can relax (weather permitting) in the lanai, enjoying the view of the cute and unique garden and the lizards, birds, squirrels, butterflies, and anything that passes by the garden. The lanai is also an excellent place to enjoy the company of good friends or loved ones while eating or playing, or doing anything else. The house is comfortable for a small party (we were three adults), and on extended stays, one needs to be creative with the number of utensils and pots and pans in the house. If you're looking for more than a place to relax, restaurants, beaches, and other entertainments are a short drive away. And, if you need to work during your stay, the network connection will not disappoint you. Overall, I recommend Joe's home to you.

Convenient to Everything

A clean and comfortable little house with a nicely cared for yard, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. This place is close to downtown, close to Treasure Island, close to Gulfport, and close to the Pinellas Trail. Joe was great to deal with, and very responsive in getting back quickly to answer questions. The kitchen furnishings are a little thin, but if you don't plan to do any serious cooking, it is fine. All in all, much recommended.

our month in St. Petersburg was very enjoyable...everything was exactly as shown on the ad except for the backyard...a photo couldn't do it justice..it is so pretty, colourful, relaxing and very tropical..a taste of the real Florida...lovely patio set and our Cn. birds, cardinals and bluejays visited us every day...the home is very conveniently located between the 2 main beaches, and is very clean and comfortable...if you are a movie fan you will enjoy the many TV choices ...Joe is very approachable and always available..thank you...2 Canadian seniors

My neighborhood is 2 blocks off Central Avenue and at the almost exact halfway point between the vibrant downtown St. Pete area and the Gulf of Mexico beaches. Its a wonderful walking neighborhood and minutes by car from dozens of restaurants, bars, breweries and quirky local shops on Central Avenue.
