Great Place!

This place was wonderful! We did have to do some tiny cleaning when we first got there,like the bathtub and sweep but it wasn’t nothing too bad! the room was beautiful and loved the scenery. easy access to beach. would stay again!

Myrle Beach 2024 Family Trip

The only issue, on the 3rd floor there were 4 bats which we found another way to enter and exit.

Great location and very tidy

No its not the Ritz Carlton. But it was clean and convenient to everything at a very fair price. The view from the balcony overlooking the pool and beach was worth every penny. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The property is in a great and convenient area! Private walk to the beach. No bugs or anything however they don’t have a cleaning service and there was sand everywhere and our feet were black from walking on the floors. We had to buy mops pads and clean it ourselves before enjoying our vacation

This was a vacation for my family before my daughter leaves for college. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. The check in process was long and confusing and the washer/dryer in the unit did not work properly. I feel like the unti could have been cleaner but it was OK.

Nice neighborhood

Bed is like sleeping on a wood floor[hard]. Couch is cheap and hard. Condo overall pretty nice just need better furniture

The property was very nice as described and clean The check in process was a little confusing if you come in after the office is closed We had to call to get the location of the lock box and code for the door Lots of stairs to climb so anyone with problems climbing stairs will have problems

My daughter and I stayed 4/11-4/16 and this was absolutely one of the best rentals I’ve ever chosen on Vrbo! We flew into MB for a visit with my son as he goes to school there. Location was perfect! That view not only looking over to the pool but the beautiful beach! Condo was exactly as described in the listing! Comfortable beds too! The Keurig was a VERY nice surprise! So many have the standard Mr Coffee, which to me is a real hassle when on vacation. The 2 beach chairs were also huge as we flew to MB. I’m planning a trip back in August and once I have the exact dates I will be booking this Beautiful Beach Gem again! Thank you for making our trip and stay that much better! 🏖️

Sooo disappointed!!!

We have stayed at this complex for over 10 years at a couple different condos, but not at 313 B, we chose it for the view. We received a text at 1:30 stating our room was cleaned early and could go ahead and check in. When we arrived in the condo and looking around it was very obvious it wasn’t cleaned very well, sand all in the floor, appliances in the kitchen were very dirty, bathrooms were not clean, we immediately returned to the office and told them the issue, we were asked to take pictures which I did and the lady in the office said she would go and inspect while we went grocery shopping and ate dinner, we returned around 7:00, nothing had been cleaned and then around 8:00 some man claiming to be housekeeping knocked and said he was there to clean. We were not happy at all with how they handled this, I have submitted pictures and have requested our cleaning fee be refunded and still waiting to hear from someone.

Could be better

First, the after booking and check-in process are awful. Never had I ever had to manually call to make a second payment. Like.. just take it out??? This made no sense to me. Then the check-in process: “please do not enter [property rental] before receiving this text” well I never received this text. Had to call an hour later and they said they were “cleaning.” When finally able to enter property, I found the floor had not been swept and there were remains of sand all over the floor. Had to wear shoes all the time. The stand up shower was tiny and it was not cleaned as water stains were clearly visible. The entire apartment is in need of serious dusting from tv stands to artwork on walls. And the worst part, the first time cooking a simple meal, I found DIRTY plates stacked between the clean ones. Not sure what they cleaned. Also, no elevator. At the beach. Where everyone carries umbrellas, coolers, and beach chairs. Not the best experience.
