Modern house with great view in Newport.

This place is perfect for a stay in Newport. The location was great. A short 3-5min drive to Newport Beach and 10-15mins to Avalon/Palm Beach. Even with the short drive, we often enjoyed walking down the hill to grab a coffee and visit the main street. Nestled in the trees, the place has a great view of Newport Beach and the surrounds. If you get rained out while visiting - the cinema room, beautiful kitchen and vast collection of great books will have you covered. When planning numbers, four people would be very comfortable in the two main bedrooms, two kids or young adults in one room and two additional adults in the bottom bedroom if needed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom adjacent so you'll all have space and privacy.
