Comfortable and Quite

Space was great. Very comfortable bed and furniture and nicely appointed. Enjoyed the short walks to very nice restaurants to eat and quite evenings. Only "downside" is the lack of outdoor privacy if one cares about that. Regardless, would definitely book again and recommend.

We gave 5 stars to our Point Loma casita. Clean, comfortable beds, outside space to enjoy the beautiful weather, and great location. Kitchen fully equipped and a great shower. We will stay there again

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay in this casita! Brad and his family are very welcoming, hospitable, and were so helpful if we ever had questions or needed anything. It's also a great location for walking to the bay or getting to Sunset Cliffs quickly. We would definitely stay again next time we're in San Diego!

Lovely Place for a Get Away

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The location is wonderful, can walk to restaurants, the set up of the place is perfect for a get away. The owner was wonderful if we had any questions, it is a back house but never felt bothered by the owner, it was very private. Their dogs are so sweet and friendly. We will definitely go back.

Hidden Gem

Brad’s property is absolutely wonderful. Perfectly located, wonderfully furnished, spacious, and modern. As dog lovers, we also enjoyed the occasional visit from Zoey and Leo. The bungalow is exactly as described and Brad was proactive in making sure we got settled in and responded immediately to any questions we had. We will definitely come back for another visit again.

Loved our stay at the Casita. Brad was wonderful as a host. Great suggestions and attentive to guests needs. Home is very clean, comfortable and wellstocked. We loved our morning visits from Leo and Zoey. This area is a great central location for all San Diego has to offer. Easy walk to restaurants and the marina waterfront area. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the great view for the fireworks!

GREAT little casita. GREAT hosts. Brad was very hospitable. The casita was stocked with everything you needed and then some. Clean, cozy, great location. Several restaurants within walking distance. Brad had some great restaurant recommendations. We would recommend this space to family & friends and definitely book again. Brad evan had roses for us in celebration of our anniversary.

This was the nicest place we’ve stayed at. The casita was clean and beautifully decorated! Everything provided that we needed and then some. Check-in was simple and we were warmly greeted by the owner. We will stay again if we get the chance!

Casita extraordinaire!

This is a wonderful small one bedroom cottage. I love the outdoor deck as well as additional seating with outdoor heated fire pit. Brad is the best VRBO host I’ve ever experienced. My mom lives at nearby Liberty Station which makes this casita’s location super convenient. Downtown Point Loma (with every type of shop and restaurant) is within easy walking distance so no car is necessary. My husband and I found it to be a very relaxing stay due to the safe and quiet neighborhood.

Clean, easy going Casita close to SD attractions

My wife and I spent our anniversary and was perfect for a quiet, relaxing weekend in San Diego. The location is easy to walk to local shops and the marina as well as a short drive to SD sites including downtown, Coronado Island, and the SDSU area. The casita was very clean, had all of the amenities mentioned in the post, easy to check in (even though we came late in the dark), and had a some nice outdoor areas to eat/ chill. The owner's French bulldogs are very friendly and gentle. One of them, Leo, enjoyed hanging out with us while we ate lunch one of the days and was very loving and cute. Highly recommend this spot for a SD getaway for a couple. Thanks again Brad for the great stay!

The Casita Is Fantastic !!

What can I say. My wife and I stayed at the "Casita" for a week to attend a business conference. The Casita was modern, clean and comfortable. It was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The location was perfect with everything nearby including great places to visit and eat. It's minutes away from Sunset Cliffs (be sure to get there early and watch the sunset, you won't forget it). The Casita also has a firepit, patio with sofas, tables and chairs and a BBQ grill if you are inclined to do some grilling. With the great San Diego weather you can sit outside and enjoy the evening. The most amazing part of the stay was our host, Brad and his wife. They made sure we had everything we needed and were amazingly hospitable. Brad actually gave us a tour of the area and assisted us with a couple of errands. Just to give you an idea, I was returning from the conference one day and Brad noticed I was limping. I mentioned to him that I had hurt my knee previously and it was really sore. He said he would check to see if he had a knee brace in the house. He checked but he did not. I told him no worries, I would go get something the next day. When we got up in the morning, next to the door, there was a new knee brace waiting for me. Brad had gone to a pharmacy and purchased one for me. Brad's hospitality and kindness goes above and beyond and we plan to stay in touch. In addition, Brad is a wealth of knowledge. All of his recommendations on where to visit and eat were spot on. Make sure you ask him for his recommendations. I also want to mention that they have a couple of Frenchies that are adorable and love to come and greet you first thing in the morning. I think it's an added bonus. Just to close out, all I can say is why rent a stuffy hotel room when you can rent the Casita and feel like you have a house all to yourself (which you literaly do) as well as having an execellent host like Brad. Try it, you won't regret it.

Excellent Stay!

We stayed for a long weekend at the Casita and had everything we needed in this perfect place for 2. The home is very clean and has lots of nice amenities, including an adjoining deck, shared outdoor space that is very nicely designed, plush towels, toiletries, a very comfy bed, had bottled water and fresh flowers, and good kitchen amenities too! The place looks recently remodeled so has a great modern comfort feel (fast WiFi too)! Brad was very hospitable and the families dogs are incredibly friendly and very happy to see you! Felt private even when sharing the outdoor space with the owner. Great location, nice quiet street in a nice neighborhood and walkable to many places. Would definitely rent again!!

The Best Stay!! MORE THAN 5 STARS!!

Everything was great, the Casita, the area, the weather and most of all our host Brad! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived, Brad helped us take our luggage out of our car to the Casita, he was very nice, friendly, easy to get ahold of and most generous. The Casita was beautiful, clean, comfortable, had everything we needed! It was a great location easy walk to the bay and nearby restaurants and coffee shops. FANTASTIC STAY!

Wow, what an amazing stay we had at the Crowe family home! The property was updated and all the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. So many purposeful touches such as plenty of extra towels, blankets, shampoo/conditioner, seltzer waters, beer, orange juice, toiletry basket, etc. Brad even went the extra mile to leave me a nice card and wine (as we were there to celebrate my birthday). Oh and can't forget to mention all the beautiful art in every room!! The property is located in a very nice, safe area. We woke up and took morning walks along the marina and popped over to Shelter Island for a beautiful view of entire skyline of San Diego just a few minutes from the property. Brad was attentive to anything we could need- even offering us a ride to the airport. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you Crowe family!
