NOW OFFERING AN OUTDOOR HOT TUB!! Kids of every age are sure to love this delightful Canaan Valley home. Huckleberry has the perfect yard for pitching a ball, building a snowman, and even shooting some hoops! Step inside to find all the creature comforts we humans are accustomed to. All this room to play will surely create hungry "campers" and lead to hearty meals. No problem. The fully equipped kitchen is sure to satisfy the chief cook and the taste testers too. Dine on the covered porch for or just the serene surroundings. Huckleberry provides a lovely bonus room making it easy to separate the teens and tweens for adult quiet time. Located in Old Timberline, renters have easy access to Dolly Sods. It is a short drive to Timberline Mountain, Canaan Resort, Blackwater Falls and more! Winter visitors should plan all or 4-wheel drive vehicles for safe access to Huckleberry.

Huckleberry

The home is in a great location and management company is very close. The air is dry and I recommend bringing a humidifier for bedrooms. We enjoyed our time in WV and skiing at Timberline Mountain.

The deck is also really nice, but we were there for a ski weekend so didn't enjoy has much if we were there during the day or warm night.

House could use some updating, but it was perfect space for our family of 5. Teenagers had their own floor (one claimed upstairs, other basement! Toddler loved the bunkbeds and playing in the loft! Some updating would make this perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice cabin with a view on the back onto the field upstream from the lake. Was very comfortable for 2 families. The cabin did not require driving on a steep road to get to which was good since there was a lot of snow. Kitchen had everything we needed.BEST PART: One of our cars had a flat tire the day before leaving. Best of Canaan was very understanding and flexible with our need for a later checkout so we could get the car fixed. They completely understood the situation. Really appreciated it.

Floor plan is perfect with 3 levels, bedroom on each level and bathroom for each level...gives us sufficient privacy and great common areas for time together
