This Wintergreen unit is located in the Silverton building at Cascade. Beautiful two bedroom- two bath condo is perfect for your visit to the North Durango area. The master bedroom offers a king bed, tv , and a bathroom with his and her sinks on the second level. The main level has a full kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV , fiber optic WIFI, sofa sleeper and deck with spectacular mountain views. The guest bedroom on the main level has two full size beds and there is a full bathroom on the main level.

Best condo!!

We loved our stay here! The condo was amazing, spacious enough for our large family, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were nice, location was perfect and the views are beautiful. Will definitely stay again!!

Great, clean place. Nicely updated and well decorated. Had everything we needed to cook all our meals, enjoy a cozy fire, swim in the pool, and ski Pergatory. Perfect spring break.

Perfect for a family ski trip!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this property! When we first arrived, it was nice to be able to park in a covered garage area underneath the building. There is no elevator in the building so we did have to carry our luggage up some stairs to get to the unit, but that was not a big deal. Once we were settled into the condo, it felt like the owners thought of everything... there were throw blankets, games, extra bedding, humidifiers, luggage racks, etc. There was even a ski closet in the hallway for convenient storage of the skis. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was super nice, and the remodel was well done. It’s super close to the ski resort! Covered parking was nice and came in handy with all the snow we got. Indoor pool and hot tubs were great. We wish the game room area stayed open later - 5pm is a little early when people are skiing all day. Also wish that the fireplace was gas instead of wood burning. We didn’t use it all.

Great spot with beautiful view of the fall colors.

We enjoyed a two night stay while we were in Durango to see the fall colors and ride the Durango - Silverton train. Beautiful view of aspens off the deck, looking across the valley. The home was clean and tidy, ready for us when we arrived. Covered parking was nice. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern and very clean. Our only challenge was figuring out how to turn the heat on and how to adjust the thermostats. (Power in the panel was off to the electric baseboard heat; thermostats were touch sensitive ; some read in C and others in F.)

Great unit! Shuttle times are limited...

My family had a nice stay. The unit was pleasant and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was sufficiently reliable, and the underground parking, while short, was just barely tall enough for our car-top ski carrier. While we would definitely consider another stay, the "free" shuttle only runs once or twice in the morning and afternoon and otherwise costs $5/person. For our family, we ended up just driving to the resort which was a little less convenient because we had to coordinate more on timing for transportation. As such, we'll more seriously consider a true ski-in/out location next time so that everyone can get more skiing in on their own schedule.

Nice condo

Very clean, recently remodeled, and met our needs well. The property manager, Brandon Young, was very helpful and responsive. The kitchen was very short on silverware, but otherwise well stocked. One significant shortcoming of the property was the laundry facilities. The washers and dryers each required nine quarters to operate, but there was no change machine (who carries around 18 quarters?). Also, there was no soap dispenser. Overall, the condo was in better shape than the Cascades resort’s facilities.

The unit we stayed in was very nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the necessary items. We loved the pickle ball courts. One of the box fans was already broken and needs to be replaced. I fell in the hot tub and injured my foot. I may have to go to the doctor. The hot tub steps did not have the anti-slip edging because it had worn away and that was why I fell. 10 minutes later someone else fell on the tile outside the pool.

Vacationing at Cascade Village near Durango

The condos were very nice and super clean. Even though it was a 25 minute drive back and forth to Durango, the temps wee usually 10 degrees cooler whether at night or the middle of the day. Our unit was very nicely decorated and fully equipped. The management company was very responsive to any question that we might come up with all the way up until we left. I would highly recommend staying at the Cascade Villages!

We opened the patio doors for cool air in the evening but there was no screen to keep out bugs.. After a call to management, the next day a screen was installed on the sliding door. This made a big difference. The condo was clean and well stocked.. kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Water was very cold though !! Would’ve like to have washing machine and dryer in the condo instead of the garage. A little further from Durango than we thought so it would’ve been nice if the restaurant on site would’ve been open... covered parking garage was good..all in all a good place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: This property was a good location and the property was clean, however we booked this place specifically because we wanted to hang out in the evenings in the arcade area to play pool and games with the family. Once we got there, we found out that area closed up at 6:00 every night and no one was around. It was very disappointing as we were out during the day and never got to go to that area. Thankfully, at least the pool stayed open until 9:00...even though it was very cold. I felt like they should let you know ahead of time if they are going to close things before booking. It wasn't on the site anywhere and they use those pics to lure you in. Unit was good! Because of this, I wouldn't go back.

Southwest Colorado Tour

Check in was extremely simple. Location was great for us. 25 minutes to Durango. Very Clean. Had everthing we needed. We did appreciate all the extras (fans, soap, shampoo, family games, and nice knives for the kitchen) and close parking. The pool we did not use, but used the hot tub several times. We did not use the outdoor grills, but saw several that did. Great time. Thank you.

Great get-away between Durango and Silverton

Our family enjoyed the property for our summer vacation. It was very clean and beautifully decorated
 It’s a picturesque location with mountain views. Do keep in mind that it’s between Durango and Silverton so you’re about 25 minutes from most things, but close to several hiking spots and if you plan to visit both towns, you’re in a good spot. Our favorite hike was in Ouray, so we were happy with the location. A few disappointments: the coin laundry was not working. Apparently it frequently gets jammed with quarters. We had to place a work order for them to be emptied, and even then we were only able to complete one load during our stay. We also lost at least six dollars in quarters with our attempts. If staying here, I’d have another plan for laundry or pack plenty of extra clothes. There is no other laundry available in the other buildings for your use .Also, we found the indoor pool to be too cold for our family. However, much of our time was spent exploring the area, and the space was very comfortable for us to relax after a day of exploring. The owner/manager was communicative with us when we had a question, which we appreciated. The beds and furniture were comfortable for us. The Internet worked well. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals. We’d definitely stay here again in the future.
