Take a break and unwind at this peaceful little ocean paradise in Golden Beach. With plenty of room to enjoy the peaceful and serene sounds of nature that engulf this beautiful place. An abundance of room on the outdoor deck for dining and enjoying the wildlife that goes by. Only a short stroll to the beautiful 90 mile beach where on most occasions you will have it to yourself. Hear the sounds of the waves crashing and enjoy the abundant bird species whilst watching Kangaroos hop by. Very quiet peaceful area with a General Store in town. Markets and Fishing Festivals held throughout the year. Access many pristine beaches and also the Lakes area. If your lucky you may even see Dolphins or Whales swimming past during their migration.

We really enjoyed our stay at Golden Beach. The house was very comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and in walking distance to the beautiful 90 mile beach. Our dog, Indi, loved the beach and so did we. It was great to have a fully fenced yard to allow Indi to safely explore outside. A very relaxing place to visit with expansive deck to watch the bird life.

Lovely break away

We had a lovely time at this accommodation. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Great location near the beach and local shop which sells everything you need. Especially enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the log fire listening to the sound of the ocean.

Perfect quiet getaway

Neat and clean little house with a quick walk to the beach. Only a general store for supplies so if you come equipped it forces you to relax. Looking forward to a return visit!

Sooo good!

Great accommodation with all the facilities you may need during your stay. Very clean, quiet and comfortable for both visitors and their dogs. The best accommodation we've had so far while visiting the area for the last four years. Highly recommended. We will book it again next year.

Quiet and Peaceful

We had a short winter stay and was very lucky to have sunshine the entire time. We enjoyed walking to the beach with our pooch and just wandering around watching the waves. A very quiet little town but just the relaxation we needed. The home was a great size and had lovely touches. The great big decking area was great for a coffee or game of chess.

Lovely house, great location

Golden time

Had a nice stay the place is very clean and tidy. Has a great decking area which is in the sun most off the day. We would definitely stay again. Bit of a pain as you have to bring all your own bedding and towels bathroom floor is a bit slippery. But overall was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, tidy and comfortable

The house is perfect for a weekend or longer stay. Has everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. Newly renovated and looks fabulous. Even had water bowls for the dogs. Cosy couch with tv and fireplace. Huge outdoor decking and firepit area. Short 5-minute walk to the most wonderful beach. I would highly recommend this place.

Great quiet weekend away location

We loved the house and it was the perfect spot for a girls catch up weekend away. It had everything we needed, comfy beds, wonderful big bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Quiet location with close walk to the stunning beach. Communication with Marika was wonderful and she was happy for us to check in early even though we didn’t quite make it there early. Lovely stay at Golden Beach

We loved this property. Such a peaceful position, well designed and so airy and light. Really big deck which is great although because it was windy while we were there we didn't use it but it certainly gave that feeling of extra space. Looking out onto the tree at the front of the property was really nice and the birdlife is a joy. The beach is a short walk to the end of the road and 90 mile beach is something to behold. Our dog enjoyed it all (except the thunderstorm the first night! Aw.) Thanks very much for a lovely stay. We will return. Cheers

Golden Beach Weekend

Stayed at this lovely location because I was doing a dog agility trial in Stratford on the Saturday and Sunday. Walking distance to the beach. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise which sounded like running on the decking at night. I wonder if that was the sound of rabbits? As a result I didn’t sleep very well. Lovely quiet location though.

A couple of suggestions ...

The property was lovely thank you Marika and my daughter enjoyed completing the 1500 piece jigsaw which was in the cupboard. I also have a glass top electric cooker and I had a pretty good go at cleaning yours (which was rather dirty when we arrived), with the proper cooktop cleaner I was pleased to find in the cupboard. If it was my place, I think I would make sure the cook top was really clean after each lot of guests, because they can deteriorate pretty quickly (the cook top, not the guests!). The water in the shower wasn't very hot. Was that because the supply was also related to the water coming from the basin? Internet was great. We enjoyed our stay - thank you

Welcome to our Ocean Paradise where we go to escape the hustle and bustle of the city to completely wind down and switch off when we aren't working. The wildlife is in abundance and we love just relaxing and watching all the creatures go by. Long walks on the beach are especially serene. My husband and I built this house over 5 years, we are very proud of it and hope you enjoy your stay.
