Providing five generous sized bedrooms, the holiday accommodation offers all modern conveniences to help make your stay a most enjoyable one.
The fully equipped kitchen has a glamourous appeal offering induction cook top, wide electric oven, fridge/ freezer with water dispenser and ice maker, dishwasher, Breville ground coffee machine, soda stream, sandwich press, air fryer and much more plus the five-seater breakfast bar giving you a superb view and social space while preparing your meals.
No matter the season, your every need is catered to. On cold nights curl up in front of the open fire and watch your favourite movie on the 65 inch Smart TV with Netflix availability or melt into the inviting theatre room. While in summer, a meal at the dining table is best enjoyed with the sliding doors open. Perhaps your preference is to head out to the alfresco setting with lounge suite, outdoor dining and BBQ whilst watching the ships go by or lounge around the sun filled pool area to indulge in the bay air. The choice is yours.
Architect-designed, this spacious family sanctuary surrounds itself with blissful coastal gardens and is set on ¾ acre approximately, giving you the ultimate sense of space and tranquillity. Furthermore, enjoy sitting around the fire pit or walking the paths of the peaceful coastal garden. A magical experience awaits you.

Upfront Bond:
This property requires an upfront bond of $2,000 to proceed with a booking. As long as there is not a breach of our Terms and Conditions, any damage to the property, any noise complaints, a breach of the Council Laws, any excess rubbish and/or any extra cleaning required after your stay, this payment will be returned to you. Your upfront bond must be paid no later than the week prior to your arrival.
Due to local council laws there is a strict 11pm noise curfew.

During busy periods and in the event that another booking has departed on your check-in day, your check in time may be 4pm.
