Great townhouse in a great location, walking distance to everything! Clean and spacious property. Not directly on the beach but very close and walkable. Parking is limited but the property manager helped us out with that. This was a girls trip, six sorority sisters from college, we had so much fun! A new outdoor deck has just been added, we all enjoyed sitting out in the evening sipping cocktails!

Convenient and Spacious Beach Home

The location of this beach home was very convenient. We were just steps away from the beach, shops, a park, and restaurants. We loved how spacious and clean the home was. It was disappointing to discover the laundry was shared with other residents and required payment. The kitchen was not as well stocked for cooking as I had hoped for - utensils for cooking and bakeware for the oven were sparse. There was an abundance of towels, wash cloths, and beach towels, which we really appreciated. Having beach umbrellas and chairs at the house made it even more enjoyable. Overall, we were pleased.

Convenient and Fun

So much to do and good for teens. We walked everywhere! Clean, wonderful and beds comfortable! So many extras that aren't listed like spices and ice. Tons of beach chairs available if you need, beach towels, white towels, kitchen stocked so well. Parking on the side of the house if amazing!

Seaside Townhome

We really enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Easy walk to the beach and less crowded than staying closer to the Pier 60 area. Will definitely stay in this area again.

Perfect spot for our family!

We really enjoyed our stay! Clean, close to the beach and close to stores and restaurants. It was perfect for all of us and very responsive management with our questions.

We were happy with the place. It had everything you need and is in a good location close to both the beach and entertainment. There were a handful of minor things outdated and could use some updating but overall nothing that took away from the overall experience or would give it less than 5 stars!

Quick trip

Property was as expected. Clean and the proximity to the beach was excellent. We were traveling to Clearwater in between kid events for a short break and the beach time was refreshing. The house is close to all the shops and restaurants and we were able to walk everywhere! Will definitely stay again!

Great place, perfect location!

We had a wonderful girls weekend here, perfect location right next to beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Was super clean, beds were great, very safe neighborhood. Definitely recommend, great getaway!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location. Easy beach access. Very clean. While the stairs were mentioned we did not realize how many. We are all in our late 60’s early 70’s so that was a little difficult. Also could not figure out the TV. Would suggest a few beach chairs be made available.

Nice location

The listing said water view/beachview. We could not see the water or beach out of any of the windows. The beach was very close, you just had to walk outside and down the street, turn and walk one block to the beach, but it was not waterfront as advertised and there is no water view. There were 9 lights out throughout the 4 bedrooms. The dishwasher did not clean dishes. The accommodations were good, one of the bedrooms does not have a wall that goes up to the ceiling, so it lacks privacy. They don't mention this in the listing but we knew it going in b/c someone else mentioned it in their review. Overall the location was really good and the house was clean. It seemed to need some maintenance though, some doors didn't stay shut and the lock didn't latch for one of the bedrooms. When we messaged the property manager he was very responsive.

Great experience!

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. The house was very clean and had everything we could need that we didn’t bring. The location is great and you can walk to the beach or to a ton of restaurants and shops, but it was far enough away that it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice Weekend!

Roomy townhouse. Lots of space and everything you need. Short walk to the beach and several fun restaurants and bars. Parking can be dicey. Lots of pay to park spots, but you cannot use them past 11 pm. Once you find your spot, you may want to walk and Uber the rest of your stay. Unit could use some updating, but everything was working properly and nothing was in disrepair. We had a great weekend!

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. The beds were very comfortable and they had really nice ceiling fans. The location was great. We didn't need to rent a car because we could walk wherever we wanted to go. There was also a hose to use to get all the sand off of your feet after visiting the beach.
