Stayed for a trip to fgcu. Easy 25 mins away. Stocked kitchen, clean, jacuzzi great.

Excellent property, Jennie was able to help with every question we had. This VRBO was stocked better than any other VRBO we have visited. Only down side, my wife loved the main shower so much she now wants the exact shower at our home. Thanks for the great stay

Made it easy to be a snowbird

Updated condo that made it easy to temporarily live and work in Ft. Myers. They had everything you could think of for an easy stay, notably really nice kitchen appliances and cookware. Bonus is it is walkable to Buckett's which has the best cheesesteak I've ever had!

Our family stayed in this VRBO house and it was just as expected. Beds slept great and showers/bathrooms were very clean with great accommodations as needed. Kitchen had all supplies available as needed. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Been to few of these VRBO, and this one has to be the nicest and most detailed oriented

From the Decor to the cleanliness to the location, definitely a place to visit and return. The kitchen was stocked with all the spices needed to cook all your meals. The rooms were cozy and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms had everything you needed. The jacuzzi was hot and ready for use & outdoor furniture was great to relax and have your coffee in the morning and wine at night.

Excellent Townhouse!

The townhouse was just as advertised. It's beautiful and very clean and the outdoor patio area with the hot tub is awesome. We enjoyed the extra amenities of toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, etc... The manager was very responsive and organized. We found the house right away and had no problems with checking in. It was centrally located to all of the activities that we had planned and then we relaxed in the evening in the hot tub and enjoyed the warm Florida weather. Highly recommend!!

Amazing!

All the comforts of home and more. Beautiful, clean place with very comfortable bed and fantastic, private patio. Area is quiet. Community feels safe. Washer, dryer, any cookware you could need. Owner has thought of everything and is extremely kind and communicative. I could go on and on about how great this place is. I would rent it again in heartbeat.

Everything was just right!

My daughter and I stayed here for three nights while visiting the FGCU campus. It was perfect. The townhouse is so beautifully decorated and includes every modern convenience you could ask for. It felt luxurious, but comfortable. We also felt completely safe there. The location was good in that there was a nearby grocery store, Bucketts restaurant/sports bar within walking distance (watched the Kentucky Derby there!), Starbucks right there, etc. It served us well. Jennie was responsive and welcoming. I definitely recommend this property!

No need to look further

This unit has everything you need. From the condiments and utensils/dinnerware / cookware in the kitchen to the comfortable beds ( adjustable !) and recliner couch. TV's in every room and private patio with hot tub and grill. Great relaxing space inside or out. The decorating details dont all show in the photos , but were well done. Jennie was a great host. Unit was clean and inviting when we arrived and we appreciated the complimentary wine. Can't say enough about this place and the hosts. We will be back.

Perfect Place!

This is a beautiful townhome with lots of extras and upgrades. The owners, Jennie and Mark, have added a lot of class and "oh, COOL!" things in the space. If you don't use the upstairs, go up and look at the wall anyway. :) The remote control candles everywhere add a lot of ambience and warmth at night. Jennie and Mark were prompt to respond and come take care of anything we needed. They are also delightful people and I felt like they were my friends by the end of our stay. Loved the hot tub, the comfortable bed and reclining seating. The pantry and fridge had all the basics. They thought of everything. We loved our stay and will definitely be back if we have the opportunity to visit Ft. Myers again. Also, the nearby restaurants were great! Don't miss Blanc, Bucketts and Citrola's.

Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The owner thinks of everything to make your stay wonderful. Quick communication with the owner prior to our visit and during. We loved this home and I hope to be back. She gives awesome suggestions for dinner. She was right every time.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jennie was quick to respond to our questions, when we reached out (thank you). Beautifully updated townhouse with FULLY stocked kitchen. Good location: it's a nice, quiet, gated neighborhood. Loved the covered parking area, as it's always hot in FL. Never located the tennis courts within the community (they were part of the pics of the property) but there is a beautiful park right down the street we found. We even had some down time to enjoy the hot tub. Just wish we were there longer (in town for a weekend wedding) but we would absolutely return and recommend to others. Thank you!

Awesome and beatiful unit and amazing host

We stood for three days and kids loved the hot tub! Unit is beautiful inside, everything was very clean and nite. Host was super accommodating. Super recommended!
