🐠Ft. Myers Coastal Historic District Pool Home

If you like beaches, historic district walks, close to downtown activity and your own private heated pool...you've found your vacation home. Enjoy your stay in this Ft. Myers pool home and experience all this centrally-located home has to offer.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths, close to vacation activities, walk or bike to downtown, float in the pool or bike to the River front.
It's also less than 30 minutes to beaches, baseball, golf courses, restaurants and shopping.

Our vacation home includes beach towels, cooler, beach chairs for your days on the beach. We provide all linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, toaster over, pots and pans, basic spices and lots of dishes and silverware. Grill a meal on the patio and relax in the dining room or around the pool.

Bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and body wash. The main bathroom has a tub/shower with walkout to pool area. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower.

We love to have coffee by the pool. Pack a lunch and drinks and go to the beach for the day. Stop on the way home at one of the amazing local restaurants or grill your own meal on the patio. To end the evening, walk a few blocks to the river to enjoy sunset. ☀️

We are just a text, message or call away if you have a question. We use a personal code for each guest for self check-in.

The location was perfectly located for all the 4 different baseball fields that we played on.Downtown Ft Myers was very close-by for several very nice dinners.I privately emailed Vicki with a couple of suggestions for the house but it had no impact on our weekly stay

We had a wonderful stay while on a work trip. The house was the perfect size and included everything we needed. The property manager allowed us to check-in early, which was wonderful.

A slice of paradise!

Exceptionally clean, plenty of open space, perfect for our family of six. Pool was great! Setting area by the pool was beautiful and relaxing. A home away from home. Has everything you could possibly need while in Fort Myers Vacationing.

Relaxing Retreat

The rental was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and had every appliance we needed. The pool had all the things to make your swim fun. The location is convenient for the beach , shopping and restaurants.Great place for a winter getaway!

Relaxing stay!

We had a great stay at this Ft Myers home. Location was great and we had a beautiful drive to the beach each time we went. Home was clean, spacious and had many conveniences to make our stay comfortable. We had a fully stocked kitchen with pans and dishware, plenty of towels and paper products. The remote controlled ceiling fans in each room were great too. The pool was nice, clean and relaxing too--with plenty of seating and floats. Vicki was great and answered all of my questions in a timely manner! We would visit again!

Everything was exactly as advertised and pictured. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend and we would stay here again with no hesitation! We were sad to leave!

Comfortable, quiet, and with everything you need

We found the home to be exactly as described. The owners were very easy to work with and the home was very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked and furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again.

Excellent home in Ft Myers

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Ft. Myers! It was exactly as described in the listing. The location was wonderful—close to downtown with easy access to the beaches and shopping nearby. Communication with the property manager was great and everything was ready on arrival. Our teens spent most of their time in the heated pool and we all enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

Our family came for a wedding and stayed the week. The home is very comfortable, clean and spacious and a perfect location. Perfect for families!

We stayed here for our son’s baseball tournament. The house was spotless and in a great location that was convenient to everything. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook, and having the pool was great especially after long days of games. It was a great find and I would absolutely book this again when we come back to Ft. Myers.

Comfy but cool

Came for a senior baseball tournament. Location was great and enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Made dinner in the kitchen six of seven nights and put puzzle together and played card games at large dining table too. very cool weather so no time in the pool or enjoying the nice deck area, but was a great pick fot the seven of us.

Fall Florida getaway

I highly recommend this house. So clean and comfy. Perfect location to drive down south. Shop. Hang out by pool after a day at the beach or a day of plans. We will be back for sure. 10 star!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. I rented the house for my family of 6, and my mom and dad over Christmas. My kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and all the beds accommodated us comfortably. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. The best sleep I’ve ever had being on vacation with four kids! I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Short walking distance to inlet w/bench to watch sunrise or sunset over water or go a little further and enjoy Ford Edison Estates Gardens. Less than 10 minutes to Downtown Fort Myers or take 41 to many nearby beach or hiking spots. Great kitchen with spacious bedrooms, large back yard. Safe area with great sidewalks for walking the neighborhood.
