A modern, luxurious and spacious beach house for your family holiday!
Whitesands is a 4 bedroom, modern, double story home, set in a quiet court, only 400metres to the ocean beach track, and a short stroll to the coffee shop!
This beautiful home has a large open plan living area upstairs, opening onto a large balcony. With two lounge areas, large kitchen, butlers pantry and dining area plus gas fire place and air conditioning.
The Space
Main living is upstairs - with a powder room, kitchen, butlers pantry, two living areas, plus outdoor living on the balcony with dining, couch and bbq.

Entry level downstairs - beautiful large, open entry way
2 large bedrooms with queen size beds adjoining Jack and Jill large bathroom.

1 large bedroom with double/single bunk, sofa bed and separate external access.
Downstairs play room/theatre room.

Extras - high chair, portacot, baby gate, ironing board.
The property is fully fenced and gated.

Our home is set in a beautiful location, a quiet, family friendly court, with beautiful views from our windows, especially the sunrise each morning! It has everything you need for a relaxing yet luxurious getaway! You can hear the ocean from the balcony! And run across to the sand dunes to catch the sunset!
