Ready Set - Stay away!

Bella Rye is as misleading as the label on the complimentary bottle of wine provided by the property managers—cheap and will leave a bad taste in your mouth. If you’ve ever dreamed of a holiday where the photos and listing are pure fiction, with broken outdoor furniture, a non-existent ice-maker, filthy bathrooms and a wildlife encounter with spiders, dead insects and an army of ants, this is the place for you!Omitted from the attractive photos and wording will be no Wi-Fi, barely one bar of Telstra reception, no smoke detector (because who follows fire regulations?), and cobwebs. Unclean top bedding will add an extra layer, so be wise and choose the "BYO sheets and towels” option to ensure you know those stains are yours. You can drown your sadness at being duped by a misleading listing, by stocking the wine fridge and cooking up a family meal in the kitchen that supplies everything. Just make sure you take the fridge cold setting off holiday mode before your food perishes on the first day!So, if overpriced disappointment is your idea of a holiday stay, Bella Rye has you covered!

Perfect

Amazing location close to beautiful bay. Effortlessly emjoyable for a day at the beach. Home is clean, well maintained and very comfortable for a family with great amenities, bedding, backyard and a relaxing sun filled deck. Host was friendly with great communication ensuring we settled in comfortably and easily.We will definately come back to stay.

It was ok, dogs loves the outdoor space

Great location is the positive. No wifi in 2024 when remote working is a priority is a huge issue. We didn’t think to check as it’s such a basic requirement. Cleanliness was not up to standard. Limited power points, couldn’t plug in the laptop to comfortably work at the table. 3 star accommodation at best. But the dogs did enjoy the large yard.

Great beach house

We had a lovely weekend at the property. Very easy to settle into, great outdoor area to lounge about in and the compound is spacious. Would love to come back again.

Close to beach on a large property. BBQ and pool table were great. No WIFI was a real issue and wasn't specified in the write up of the property. House could have been cleaner.

Family getaway

We had a beautiful stay with our family. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed spending time on the large sunny deck and even had a chance to use the fire pit. We would definitely book another stay.

Home away from home :)

This was the most magnificent home l have ever stayed at,, so close to the beach to walk my dog every day , plus in between sorento and rye .. l didn’t want to go home:( My daughter and her little 3 year old twins girls came for a day visit and they loved it so much that she wants too will book again soon with myself ,,, hopefully in the next couple of months… the gardens were beautiful and we felt safe with the high fence and gate at the front … beautiful and warm inside with heating and the bed was so comfortable… home away from home :) 10 out of 10 .. Good outdoor space for dog and kids.

The home is small, warm and tidy. Great location close to the beach, shops and eateries. The house is warm and has split systems in everyroom. We made use of the pool table, the kids had a lot of fun on that. The dog enjoyed the backyard and it was great she got to join our holiday. The cooking facilities were great, plenty of utensils, everything you could possibly need, great stove top and oven. The only issue we had was no bulbs in the lamps in two of the rooms. Overall, its a nice spot. Was disappointed we didn't get to utilise it more due to the bad weather and sick kids.

Definitely comeback again!

Lovely and spacious especially for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Great location, really enjoyed staying at Uringa. The property was very comfortable and the kitchen was generously stocked. Lots of books, puzzles and games available too. kids loved the fire pit outside and huge backyard for dogs to run around. Definitely recommend!

Nice quite area, the house was very clean and has an amazing huge out door decking area, grwt for drinks and a bbq. I had an amazing get away for my birthday with some mates. definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice relaxing place to just get away from everything else, with either family or friends

Last minute booking for the long weekend did not disappoint. Property is as described - clean and comfortable with an awesome outdoor space. Family and dog loved it and would be happy to return.

Great location and great setting

A clean, comfortable, and well-appointed house on a large bushy block with a great outdoor entertaining area. An ideal location - we loved that we could walk to the beach and grab our morning coffee at Blairgowrie shops.

Amazing house, backyard and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. The backyard is huge and our dog loved running around. Rooms are of a good size and all facilities are as stated. Only slight challenge was no wifi, it would have made it easier however it made it more relaxing that is for sure.

Lovely house close to beach

We had a wonderful time at the Bella Rye property and our dog enjoyed paying in the secured back yard. n Would of loved to open the doors to the padio and let the fresh air in, however with no fly wire, mozzie's were too fearce, but all in all, would completely recommend. We will be back. Thank you for making this holiday easy and enjoyable.

Dirty and wouldn't stay again.

The house wasn't cleaned properly, blood stain in the bed protector, bugs and spiders lined up around the ceilings. Really a shame, we were looking forward to this trip but coming into a dirty home ruined it.

Sunny week away.

Bella Rye was in a lovely spot for walking and relaxing the yard was fabulous for our dog she enjoyed all the new smells. The house had everything we needed. A quick drive to the shops for food and anything else you need. Lovely part of the peninsula .

Gorgeous little home so close to the beach we had a beautiful little getaway with our fur baby

Extremely happy with our stay at Rye, gorgeous clean home with everything you could need to relax and escape the city hustle. Beautiful Beach a stones throw away loved our long morning walks with the pooch and enjoyed drives to the local wineries and enjoying all the amazing food the Mornington peninsula has to offer . Would recommend this to anyone looking to unwind specially in the winter months it was just Devine . We will be back 😀 Thank you Courtney
