Great Location - in the middle of town

While the location looks remote from the pictures (you are in the woods/mountains) - the location is just a couple of blocks from the main roads and walking distance to plenty of places. I would stay here again.

Cozy, Amazing and perfect location!

This townhome is so modern, it has everything you need! All you need to do is pack your clothes and your set. Its the perfect location walking distant to downtown. You wont be disappointed if you stay in this cozy townhouse :).

Issues / Unresponsive Owner

Overall, the experience was okay. However, there were a number of little issues that added up to the point that we reached out to the owner. We received no response, which was disappointing. The property management company ended up being helpful after we returned home.

Little Family Get Away

My husband and I and our two teenage girls, and my brother stayed at this cozy and cute cabin. Everything was perfect! Close to downtown Ruidoso and is was so nice and peaceful. Cabin had everything we needed to feel like we were home. Overall, we were very pleased and hope to be back soon. Laure, the owner, kept in touch with me through out the whole weekend getaway. She was always answered promptly any time I had a question. Thank you so much for letting us use this property. We loved it! Cindy B

Great location!

This property was in a great location and convenient to everywhere you need to go! The check in was easy and communication was great with the owner. The only issue we had was there were no toiletries as the description stated. No soap in the bathrooms and no dish soap to wash the dishes. The towels left were dirty and damp. The stairs were fine but there is one on the outside that seems to be very close to breaking so we had to be careful. Overall it was a good place, cute decor and great location.

Christmas Getaway

The place was very clean and the location was great. The only drawbacks were the microwave not working, having a fireplace with no wood (couldn’t burn outside wood only what was provided within home, which was NONE), mattresses were hard. Don’t count on anyone sleeping on the sofa sleeper either! We tried to watch tv and lay down since that’s the only TV in the house and all you can feel are the metal bars through that mattress. Dishes were disgusting and not clean at all! Other than those issues, the house was clean and the location was well within walking distance to the shops!

Cozy Stay in the Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay very much! It is in a great location to the midtown shops and food. The complex is quiet with a balcony on the top and bottom floor overlooking the woodsy area. We saw wild horses and deer each day we stayed. Toiletries were provided in case you forget anything. There were personal ACs in the rooms but were not really needed since it was raining during our stay. The fans did well to keep us comfortable. The downstairs was very cozy and accommodated our family of 3 very well. The bedrooms and bathrooms with showers were upstairs. Each room has its own bathroom. The downstairs has its own 1/2 bath. We would definitely stay again!

Loved it!

Clean, Beautiful home! We enjoyed our weekend. Everything we needed was right in the home, close enough to walk to town for shopping and still quiet enough to relax. Only thing was the propane tank was empty so we couldn’t grill. We couldn’t disconnect to get it filled so cooked inside. No problem! Can’t wait to visit again!

Great Location

Great location a few minutes walk from midtown. Quiet complex with balcony overlooking green spaces. Wild Horses and deer were sighted almost each day. Everything we needed fro meals. We came prepared with soap and shampoo and extra toilet paper for our 6 night stay. Lovely condo with cabin feel for 3-4 people . We used the AC just at few times for afternoon after hikes before the evening cooled down. Great stay!
