Tastefully renovated two bedroom 1st floor unit facing the beach at Cotton Tree. Modern appliances and dishwasher, covered balcony with outdoor setting. Pool and barbecue facilities in complex plus covered car space. Stroll to shops, clubs, restaurants and cafes. Perfect location!
There are a few of toys/books/board games for your enjoyment. There are also table tennis paddles and some balls. There are 2 community tables you can use these at, around the corner just past the Cotton Tree shops, on the park in front of the public pool (another great option if you don’t like the sea).
The Maroochy surf club is just 300m down the road. It’s typical club fare, but is busy at holiday times and if you fancy a meal there, book in the morning to save a table. The nearest lifeguard flags are there too. The Bowls Club is also a good pub and there’s a serviceable Chinese restaurant inside it.
If you’re in for a decent length of time, there is a public library next to the bowls club, and Swan boat hire’s pamphlet is with the restaurant menus. Great fun with a day on a pontoon boat on the Maroochy River.

Helpful hint for your holiday - As our apartments are not serviced we recommend you bring some essentials including: toilet paper, soap, washing powder, salt/pepper, tea and coffee.
*Linen required (if you bring your own) - sheets, bath towels, tea towel, bath mat. *Linen hire includes your sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, tea towel and bath mat. The linen is delivered to your unit and you are required to make up your own bed.

Excellent value for money. So close to the beach, cafes a small supermarket and anything else you could need. The property, although not large had everything we needed and made our stay a very comfortable one.

There was a very stale unpleasant smell in the bathroom, coming from the drains.
I had to purchase some disinfectant to mask the odour and use every day.
The parking was substandard. I had to park on the street. Which would be impossible during peak times. This was not mentioned on the booking information.

Hi Deborah, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about the smell from the drains. If you let us know when you check in we can get the plumber there right away to rectify. In regards to the carpark situation, there is a carpark with this unit, however, it would only fit a small car and this is mentioned on the ad.
The location is great.
Very handy to all manner of eating, shopping etc.
Our one adverse comment would be, as late arrivals after a long day of travel, it would have been helpful, to have a small jar of coffee/tea/milk on hand. Also perhaps the beds made up.
Sorry for one more comment. There must have been a dog in the apartment at some stage,as the couch is full of white dog hair. Not a nice look ,especially as it clung to our black clothing.

Great apartment in walking distance to all amenities. Literally across the road from the beach and a 500 m walk to the "creek". Will be rebooking to stay here again.
We enjoyed the pool and easy access to shops, Maroochy River and surf. It was nice and clean and had all the appliances we needed. My RAV4 was too big for the garage - it will only fit a very small car. After requesting, we were able to park in another spot on the premises which was lovely. The property had a very homey feel.
