Beachfront 2/2 Condo on Treasure Island, 305W Oceana

This 2-bedroom 2 bath end unit sits directly on Treasure Island Beach with a heated inground Community Pool! Condo comfortably sleeps 6 people with a king size bed in each bedroom and 2 chairs that convert to twin beds in the living area. Tile throughout with a fully stocked kitchen that includes a washer and dryer. Minimum age: one guest must be at least 25 years old. There is a front desk to check in at. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY 1 parking spot comes with the reservation, and it is an assigned parking spot. We will not be able to help you find parking for any additional cars. Daily/nightly dock rentals can be reserved and paid for through Oceana Provident directly.

Great location on the beach, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. St. Johns Pass is very close!

So many places close to the complex and a trolley is available at a nominal fee.

305W at Oceana in Treasure Island is the perfect destination for your visit to the white sandy beach at Treasure Island. From the 3rd floor balcony, enjoy the fabulous view of surf, sand, and the unbelievably lovely sunsets! There is a sand rinse off station on the 3rd floor, directly outside the 305W unit, so as to keep the unit free of excess sand!

There is a Beach Equipment rental on the beach! Check in across the street at Oceana West building on the second floor between 9am-9pm daily. Arrivals outside of this timeframe will be given an off site, yet close by, address for your check in.

Pool temperature: please be advised that heated pools will likely have uncomfortably cold water when cold weather arrives. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.

Sorry, there are no grills located at this property.

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

MAIL: SORRY, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MAIL DELIVERED, AS THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL. SHOULD YOU NEED YOUR MAIL DELIVERED DURING YOUR STAY, WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING A P.O. BOX LOCALLY.

There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on.

You couldn’t argue with the view. Just incredible. The location was also top notch. Beach access was right out the front door and several watering holes in a walkable distance. There was also a Publix grocery store just down the street a few blocks away. The condo building also had a rooftop sitting area which we took advantage of for a few hours. Great place to get some sun and relax.

This place was great! Our family enjoyed our time here. My only complaint is there was no bathroom on the ground floor for the pool. We had to return to our condo to use the bathroom while enjoying the pool.

Our stay was wonderful, weather was wonderful, we were hardly in the condo, but when we were it was great. The only recommendations I would suggest is that there were more comfortable chairs on the belcony that are high top chairs so that you you can take in the beautiful views and the master bedroom had a mattress topper that was like the one in the spare room because the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Besides those two things, I would highly recommend this place and will be returning.

Condo was clean, directly on beach with wonderful view from the balcony. Manager was very helpful and responsive in providing us with a full size coffee maker. Building is closer to the beach than others (shorter walk if you are on the beach and need to grab something from the condo). Only complaint is the guest bedroom could use a new mattress.

A perfect weekend get away for me and my beautiful girlfriend. The 305W condo was spotless and had everything we needed. We spent most of the weekend on the beach and in the pool. We liked exploring the nearby restaurants and breweries. I highly recommend the Helm for dinner.Communication with the owner was extremely easy and check in was a breeze. We loved the condo and location so much that we actually booked an extra night. We will definitely be back in the future. 5 stars for sure - BH

Great Vacation Spot

This property was perfect to kick off our summer. It was clean and had everything we needed. The beach access was easy to get to and the beach was not crowded. Before our arrival, I emailed the property management company to see if there were beach umbrellas available. There was one when we arrived but they delivered another one so we had 2 without us asking for it. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay at 305W Oceana! It is a beautiful, comfortable and modern condo. The condo is located right on the beach and had a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico! Everything that you needed was provided including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and even a cooler. Great communication with property management with a quick and easy check in. Wish we could have stayed longer!

W305 was perfectly appointed.Only issue was the dresser drawer broken in the extra bedroom. Reported shortcoming to Property Manager upon arrival-- they claimed it just happened with last guest stay and that a new dresser was ordered. I believe the track attachment just came loose on the inside wall of the dresser. May have been an easy fix to retain the matching furniture in the space. Beautiful unit. Interior color pallet decor-match throughout. We will return again someday.

We would stay here again!!

The condo was very nice, clean and had an excellent view of the beach/gulf. Kids had fun in the pool and hot tub. It was nice that the condo had beach chairs and a cooler to use. Check in was easy.

Great location

The location of this property was great. The only downside to this property is it is independently owned and managed by their management company. The living room TV had no access to the internet which we couldn't enjoy Netflix or YouTube. The water pressure in the master bed room was extremely low. We asked for a late check out and got charged for it with no phone call no notice since it was the weekend.

Perfect

Location was nice and quiet, right on the beach. There were benches on the beach which was nice. Unit was well equipped. The guest bedroom is a little tight. Owner might want to swap out the king bed for a queen. Other than that, no complaints.
